I'm sure guys on other forums would provide a "saner and more reasonable and grounded" explanation for that or deny it occurring, but one thing I can see being said is that they suspect most parents of being assholes who just "would not understand/accept it" and such and them being around would make performance worse or make people nervous and such

Since Police Unions are becoming vilified by the Left, it's only a matter of time till Teacher's Unions get suspect as well. Both are employed by government agencies and are likely to hush up scandals to defend one another to prevent unemployment, suspicion and a loss of funding.
