For a muslim girl or woman to date or marry a Christian or (general) non Muslim usually means shunning from her family, possible honor violence, and the like. So it rarely happens.

IIRC there was an incident in Egypt where a Muslim girl and Christian (Coptic boy) were dating and holding hands walking, predictably this triggered a riot and some church burnings.

On the other hand, Muslim men are allowed to marry non Muslim women.

Nobody going to these "training seminars" are paying a lick of attention to what the speaking is saying.

Hell, there's a better then average chance the speaker isn't even talking about the stuff they are supposed to because they know people won't listen to it.

The same thing happened with various "sexual harassment in the workplace" seminars.

That's the reason why they are interactive. Your supposed to write down "your experience as being privileged", "write essays on what you can do to fight racism", and so on. Its not Robin Di Angelo or Kendi or some other fucker lecturing you on why your racist-in that case, yeah people tune out, which is why they are demanding the employees actively participate.

Depends a lot on what country you're in, and what ethnicity you are. Yes, it's technically against the rules for a muslim girl to marry an outsider, but it may not be against the social norm in all cases, depending on how that country treats the issue and values your wasta.

If that’s what having ‘zeal’ and ‘dominance’ means, then we’re better off without it.

And that is one of my prime examples. I dated an Indonesian girl, in Indonesia, and that was my experience. Legally, you have to be muslim to marry, but the reality is that you could get an Imam to sign a document saying that you had converted for a few hundred bucks, and that was actually enough.
