Minorities like safe neighborhoods too. Who'd have thought? 🙄

Exactly the same mistakes made soviets with workers, who prefered capitalism in america. They could not undarstandt why people in Ford factories worked there hard instead of making revolution.

I was just pointing out what I have heard

Yes. There's a lot of reasons conservatives like to say this sort of thing to each other and conservative talking heads like to say it to their listeners.

I'm sure it's true that Biden's poll numbers have dropped with minorities (his poll numbers have dropped significantly among the general population, so it'd be very surprising if his approval ratings were improving with any minority group).

I do not think there is merit to any assumption that this is significant or that there's a broader trend here on the Right until we get an election out of it.

Jesus however arose from the dead three days later because he was the unblemished lamb of God.
None of the other ones did though, of which there are hundreds. Communism, Marxism, Leftism, all are Christian heresies, taking most of the same core values and extrapolating them to the point of hyperbole. You could make the same argument for democracy and capitalism, but those aren't the point at issue at the moment.

At its root leftism borrows the Christian ideals of egalitarianism and charity the most. It's why many people are so susceptible to its arguments. Conversely, it's why I am so repulsed by its arguments, as an elitist uncharitable asshole 🧐.

They do not take the core values. In fact, they avoid the core values, and take the intermediary ones without the core. That's a big part of why they're such a hot mess.

I was originally going to use "virtues" instead of values, but obviously their quality aren't listed among the seven heavenly virtues. Though, per @ShieldWife comment, both humility and credulity are, slight difference between credulity and being non-judgemental, but I think the latter is a very modern value.

Overall, I agree. However, I would say that the core of any religion is the reliance on a higher power to justify their a-priories. For any question you can always ask "why", "why is it wrong to kill?" which leads to a further question of "why" to that answer till you get a an answer that has nothing further supporting it. In a religious context, this boils down to "god says so", which is effective as it offloads responsibility on another party, but in a secular society that answer cannot exist. Worse, any culture that believes in justice, that actions ought to have consequences that are fair, is inherently basing their world view on a relgious framework. This is because there is no such thing as deserve in nature, only the consequence of cause and effect. So, groups like social justice warriors that do not believe a higher power end up with statements and questions that utterly lack any kind of a-priori basis.

Many people might say that humility and non-judgementalism are core values of Christianity: two things which leftists are in short supply of.

Well, yes. Also, central to Christian morality is the element of reciprocity - treat other people the way you would like them to treat you. With the measure you use, so it will be measured to you.

Leftists rather obviously reject this. They will freely judge you, but scream with rage if you judge them.
