been on both sides of the drive thru. I don't even blame them. My dad always asks for no onions. he has on the order of a 50% failure rate for still getting them. I have seen wrong orders handed out and sandwiches forgotten. seriously check the bag always.

In fact, there’s this one Wendy’s he usually tries to avoid and only stops at as a last resort for picking up lunch. By and large, the staff there are incompetent and forgetful, and on occasions where he doesn’t have time to check the bag thoroughly and needs to leave the lot immediately, that’s when we either find something missing or something done completely wrong.
