No, that's pretty goddamn difficult, I'd say. You'd get all kinds of multipath from that at the very least, along with reflections from other sources as well.

Easier is just stick it on a tall metal/plastic pole.

Wood actually would be better, the dish should come with an alternative mounting bracket for attaching to walls, so you just need a 4X4, some wood screws, a screwdriver and a shovel.
