For hot sause I will use Texas Pete if I am feeling lazy. Franks Red Hot for most things. And Dave's Insanity sauce if I feel the need to do this..........Was just checking, wanted to know, because I'd trust your judgement in such matters.

Anybody know a way to make ground turkey taste good? I had ground turkey tacos back in college and they weren't really great, and that's even factoring in the whole "mass produced food" aspect.
Marinade with steak sauce or British "smoke" sauce before cooking and thoroughly rub in sweet paprika, thyme, sage, and a bit of garlic.
Sounds pretty delicious to me. What is British "smoke" sauce though?

You absolutely do not need much, "marinading" was an excessive description on my part, you rub some in and roll the meat around.

The family dog back in my childhood would turn her nose up at dry dog food unless the juices from meat were added. And loved nicely cooked broccoli and carrots; although she didn't like green beans.
