If the officer wants an arrest putting the mother in prision and the girl in juvie is easier then putting the other guy in the clink, and arrests are what get you promoted.

I remember when the left was bashing the various bathroom bills getting discussed years ago and them claiming stuff like this would never happen and people were just being bigoted.
This is demented behavior on the biological male's part and the city is just making things worse with the bullshit charge against the mother...this is why I hate how gender theory has muddled the waters between biological sex and sexual orientation.

In fairness, one instance of this kind after...however-long...of men being allowed into female areas or vice-versa isn't a trend or evidence of common occurrence. And the bathroom bills proposed have always been very...hammer-against-mosquito in that regard.
Like, indecent exposure still applies and could/should be used in this case without, frankly, any new law or even inconvenience towards trans people who have any semblance of respect for others...In this instance it won't though, just because CA district attorneys aren't going to want to touch it with a ten-foot pole because of the magical exclusion-zone 'trans' puts it into.

Yeah, saw this earlier, and watched the vid for it.
This trooper was looking for an excuse use force, and since this woman had the audacity to try to find a safe location to pull over at, he decided she deserved a pit maneuver.
Shit like this is why Qualified Immunity needs to be revisited and reworked so assholes like this cannot hide behind the badge any longer.
