Election 2020 Election 2020: It's (almost) over! (maybe...possibly...ahh who are we kidding, it's 2020!)

Except much less competent at human intelligence.
Actually they are very good at it. They just often had other methods of gaining intel besides HUMINT
Amusingly, there's always been a massive rivalry between the CIA and NSA. :ROFLMAO: People, typically Left-aligned, always decry ICE, but the agency whom are the most cuntish are the ATF.

I think they're universally hated for being such dicks.
NSA hates CIA. They think they are better then us.

This is why I have not registered with the GOP, because I could tell any support they gave Trump was to appease thier own base enough not to primary them, not because they actually wanted to support Trump. They will let the Leftist mobs come for you and dox your kids before they will do anything to meaningfully back people who defend the rule of law in the face of Trump-hate.

If the GOP allows this election to be stolen by not supporting or defending people who are doing there lawful duty, instead of bowing to the mob, then there is no reason to expect a GOP without Trump in office to be worth supporting.

Krebs was head of CISA, a cybersecurity agency in the DHS. It handled election security, and also countered lies and rumours about the election.
Turns out Jacobs' read was correct: it would indeed stay up until Trump fires the director and replaces him with someone willing to lie.

Relevant update:

Jake Tapper said:
A source close to @C_C_Krebs says he always knew he might get in trouble for telling the truth while the president was spreading lies and conspiracy theories about the election. That said...

That said, Krebs realized he might be fired when in recent days media organizations that tend to do the bidding of the Trump White House started taking shots at him, and word spread that the White House was going to start attacking him personally.

Krebs learned he had been fired when he read the president’s tweet this evening.

I may not be American, but Krebs seems to have been a fine example of a civil servant in a time of chaos, and I applaud his actions. Standing up for truth - and for the professionalism and integrity of your subordinates - when your own job is on the line takes courage, and that's worth recognising.

I am sure this post is going to get another bunch of "HaHa" reactions, and probably no actual attempts at a response (or maybe I'll just be told that Tapper is a liar?), but I stand by this judgement.

Impossible! I was told by certain posters here that the GOP controls muh senate or muh house and this time, they will beat the left even though their history is one off loss but let's ignore that cause muh house or muh senate!

Everything I say is the truth, you will find no dishonesty in me.

You know, the character who said that was intentionally deceiving the man she said it to, and then went on provide aid and comfort to his enemies, undermine his rule over a planet, and defect to his foes.

Just for context.

Well, of course he's claiming that he was right all along and Trump's lying. What do you expect, that he admits he's a liar? For one, I trust Trump more than I trust him.

You have more faith in Donald Trump's word than you do in, well, everybody else contradicting him, and observable evidence to boot? It is worth remembering that Trump has an extremely long track record of lies. He lies constantly, about everything. He lies about observable facts that everyone can see. He averages two dozen lies a day, and that's only the public ones we know about. I am hard-pressed to think of a more demonstrably untrustworthy person than Donald Trump.

So... um, sure, you can trust him more? That's your decision to make. But I don't think that's a very sensible policy.
