Because a lot of the stuff they need evidence of before they can get a court order letting them stop it.
 
Trump’s best hope is to contest the vote in all six states that flipped to Biden. Take it to the Supreme Court and ask it to rule in his favor, in perhaps the most decisive and politicized decision the USSC could ever make. To do this decisive evidence of fraud would be needed in at least four if not six states.

You have to remember there was a whole lot of lawsuits pre election: the PA supreme court occured pre election, along with the supreme court punt.

I recall there being some sort of big Georgia legal victory, but I dont recall what it was over.

Basically, they were trying to stop what they could, specifically things related to easily exploitable rules, pre election. The anti fraud drum has been being caught out for 10 years.

It seems like they were very successful in reforming to fair elections in Florida: remember them tryong to steal a florida election in 2018. That did not happen this year.

Obviously, other fronts were less successful.

I keep hearing this 'if they knew cheating was going to happen, why didn't they do something before' complaint.

Do you realize that the powers to make laws about voting are vested with the States right? And about the only power in DC that can changes those laws is SCOTUS.

Trump knew this was coming, he's talked about it, and I expect he and Guiliani have plans in place to handle it.

I'm rationally skeptical on this, yet optimistic. Everytime I think that there is no way he can get out of this one or that they finally got him...he somehow manages to pull out a win. But this would be like Harry Houdini level of epic awesome win if he did.

I think he did it. Trump is many things but a dummy he is not. He knew they were gonna cheat. So when you expect cheating out smart the cheater.
