I think there are some people being a little too optimistic about them winning the presidency not really meaning anything either though. The Senate is nice, but if they get away with voter fraud on this scale, we will not be able to win in the future. We are not at the bullet box or slavery yet, but we need to do what we can to preserve the ballot box, because if we lose it we know damn well their already pushing hard on the soap box and are salivating at the chance to get rid of the ammo box.

At which point there will only be slavery.

I'm contacting my local representatives to express my concerns and see if there's anything I can do. If nothing else, it gets more on my representatives radar that the people will want them to fight, not surrender, and if nothing else, if I find they are the kind to surender, well, I know who needs to be primaried next time and replaced with someone who can.

Everyone should call and email their local and see if they are willing to do anything, so if this does come down to what we must do when the ballot box is taken away, you have a little confidence your leadership is on the right side, and maybe they'll know someone who can do something.

I get what you're saying, but for historical accuracy it should be noted that a lot of what was written about Theodora was likely slander. She was a woman in a position of power and of low class birth which was something the snobbish elites such as Procopius hated. I don't have any problem with homosexuals though. I do object to modern pride parade where its ends up as a celebration of hedonism and the worst stereotypes of gay people. There are a lot of gay people I know who feel similarly and prefer to live normal lives like everyone else.

I was staying up until 5 AM and waking up at 3 for a week until November 2nd. All that time I felt like trash. Getting to sleep at normal hours is a big help for one's outlook.
