I get what you're saying, but for historical accuracy it should be noted that a lot of what was written about Theodora was likely slander. She was a woman in a position of power and of low class birth which was something the snobbish elites such as Procopius hated. He similarly looked down upon Justinian who was one of the Eastern Empire's greatest Emperors. He too was smeared as some sort of headless demon walking around in the night. What that actually meant was that he was a workaholic who spent long hours into the night administering the Empire.

Nah she may have served as a prostitute, but that's not really something that can really be proven because of the lack of sources about her and Justinian's early years. She didn't cheat on him though. The two were quite devoted to each other and were the Imperial power couple. Justinian had her coronated alongside him as his co-Empress. Depends on your state. I called my local county clerk to see if there was a way. My state has a system for absentee, in person you can check the record by going in to the local clerk office about a week in and they can bring up the manual record.

If he lost fairly and its proven there was no shenanigans that put Biden in power, then yes. Like or not Joe Biden is my President; same as Donald Trump was before him and Barack Obama befor him.

But I'm not ready to accept that yet. There is more than enough posted online and here to make me think something is up. So I'll wait and see how the Law Suites go and what these investigations turn up before I go one way or another.
