May he RIP. I looked forward to his retirement near the end of this year. I certainly didn't expect him to die beforehand.

No, I'm not. I'm from California. I just followed the news in regards to him since I was anticipating his retirement. I know him since he's the author of the Ferguson v. McKiernan case from 2007 which absolved sperm donor Joel McKiernan of the duty to pay child support.

Apparently Mehran Karimi Nasseri, an Iranian who lived in the Paris International Airport from 1988 through til 2006 died, ironically enough, in that same airport of a heart attack. Apparently in the weeks before his death, he ended up living at the airport again...

His story was part of the inspiration for the 2004 film The Terminal starring Tom Hanks.
