My source is wikipedia, whose source is in turn Indiana Department of Education. Not sure what the source of the discrepancy here is.

Edit: The school district's website gives the number as 30,000. Which seems a far too round number to be accurate, but adds to the ambiguity here.

Their own site says "more than 30,000" so it's safe to say that guy wasn't lying when he said that, he was just quoting the school district.

Following your link on Wikipedia shows a little less than that, but close enough.

His number may not be exact, but it's not a lie.

I mean preschools and school daycare services are a thing. So who knows? Maybe those numbers count younger than the 5 year old range.

Lies and propaganda.

If you don't actually have an ear to the ground you're not going to notice any of it.

I did because "that can't be right" started ringing in my ears when he said he worked for the largest Indiana school district. Indianapolis has 11 while Fort Wayne - with a population of over 250,000 - has one and is way whiter and far more Republican than Indianapolis is. Whites are actually the minority in much of if not most of Indy.

Which does not change the fact you are calling the dude a liar over a slight error in his estimate.

Can you just quit being a pendantic troll for a while?

It's important to note that the Boy Scouts Scouts:BSA aren't the only game in town. If your kids are afflicted with gender dysphoria, they'd be my first choice of course but for the rest of us mundanes there are alternatives outside of Mormon Utah.

My kids participate(d) in the Pathfinders program that's sponsored by the Seventh Day Adventist Church. Borderline heretical of course, but despite their religious affiliation, they do welcome people of any religious affiliation into their program, though you'd probably get more out of it if your some flavor of Xtian. Though even if your a Godless atheist, I guess you can treat the Bible Study as a Literature Course.

I am still utterly confused by what--besides decades of blatant overreach and overstep by the Executive Branch of government in general and FBI in specific--grounds the FBI had purely on jurisdictional terms to start shit about potential threats against school boards--which would be firmly a state/local affair.

I mean, I know the answer (as said, overreach and bullshit) especially with us also getting graced with magical FBI drone surveillance of places like Kenosha with similar lack of actual authority.

In confirmation of shit the black-helicopter folks were saying.
Granted, using drones instead of black helicopters, but that honestly just makes it worse to my mind.

Because Garland's connected to people who want to push CRT, and push back against CRT hurts his family's finances.

Any legit threats against teachers or administrators could be dealt with and handled locally. It was the national school board, Biden, and Garland who pushed that memo out and are trying to use this it to intimidate parents against not complaining about CRT or risk being labelled a 'threat'.

The black helicopters are for carrying extermination squads when the time comes.

Drones are much cheaper and more stealthy, especially at night.

The FBI is run by Tumblr and the same sort of people who moderate Resetera. Vicious totalitarian sociopaths who think anything is justified if the target is classified as an evil NAT ZEE

I honestly feel like we're living in a Tom Clancy novel or a Metal Gear game by this point -- especially regarding how corrupt and inept the American government has become.

...All we need now is for Biden to stand up, suddenly fully cognizant and not shitting his pants every time he moves, rip off his shirt on live TV and screech, "Nanomachines, son!".
