Any war with China is going to drag them into it and force India to split it's forces, while also likely casuing the ME to become a warzone for conventional peer on peer forces again.
The Saudi's are prepping for their own war with Iran, while Israel has been utterly fucking with Iran with Mossad ops at critical places.
Plus You have Erdogan and his end of the 'Belt and Road' bit, plus aspirations of an Ottoman rebirth, and a friendly neo-Ottoman/Iranian/Pakistan/CCP Axis could withstand things none of them can on their own, while spliting forces for everyone involved.
