Which is a goal post shift because originally you were talking in generalities that such things never happen here, and now are having to go into the details to explain it away when your argument is shown to be invalid on that. In particular, the point about the increased load of a higher populace is interesting, when you consider the fact China has 1.3 Billion and their urban population has exploded by hundreds of millions since the 1980s, meaning increasingly higher loads on infrastructure?

You might want to ask to see their sources then because the Longshoremen Unions are not industry wide and are rather limited in scope. Yes, the United States is a sick, cruel, evil regime that I long to see collapse, same for the CCP if you're asking in terms of that? As for why I argue voraciously over the China stuff? Because anybody that has ever read 1984 knows what is going on here; this sick regime here in the United States is dying and increasingly opposed by the populace at large regardless of political affiliation. As part of the response to that, our elites are stirring up Anti-China sentiment as a distraction, as way to shift blame from themselves to the "Evil Other" and thus have people focused on said Other instead of using their energies to topple the ruling regime. If you're ranting and raving about the Evil Chi-Coms, you're not asking the uncomfortable question of how said Chinese became so rich and powerful in the first place, nor are you focusing on the very real dangers and evils occurring here right at this moment.

I have no doubt someone is going to come out swinging about Xinjiang or something (the irony, given the silence on Israel), but just ask the January 6th defendants who are being beaten and tortured just how "free" and "great" this fucking nation is.
