China always side with itself.If they decide that taking Taiwan now is too risky,waiting for fall of kgbstan and taking Siberia seems as good option.
From their perspective,they could take Taiwan after USA fall thanks to deep state.
Siberia is prestige,too.
I read few books of poles who lived in China - according to them,they consider BOTH Taiwan and Siberia as their lost property.
And,they really belive,that USA would fall till 2040.
So,why risk war with USA now,if they could wait 17 years for Taiwan,and take Siberia now?

Outside of Russia disintegrating to the point that Moscow and St. Petersburg are in separate countries I'm pretty sure calling it Muscovy will catch on as well as 'Freedom Fries' did.

You should read "Letters from Russia" marquise Adolphe de Custine wroten in 1839 - russians thern stll were muscovites in their behaviour,but have some virtues,and could win using numbers.
Current neosoviet? They have only vices, and coud not even that.Unless hidden super putin army really exist and would win the day.

a) Good luck intercepting that with a cheap drone at the speed and altitude these fly at, you can't do it with some cheapass commercial drone, they fly higher than many light aircraft can...I mean, it is not like they will start making cheaper "totally not attack" recon drones to bump into these rigged to explode and probably more expensive drones with just enough force to trigger the detonator on that anti-tamper charge or anything, would they.
b) A drone that can do it won't be that much cheaper.
c) What is an arming mechanism.
