No way, Russian elites enjoy living in one of their very few first rate cities way too much, Russian nationalists like thinking of their country as European way too much, and the story about fearing surprise NATO blitzkrieg is meant for external, not internal (that would contradict the whole point of all the efforts to raise the Russia Stronk! beliefs) consumption, nevermind actually believing it and acting accordingly.If Putin wins in Ukraine, then what?
