United States Another Suicidal Democrat Maneuver: Relief Bill Blocked

I think a major fault was that conservatives often times didn’t know how to react effectively to the sexual revolution or the New Left. Beyond voting for Ronald Reagan and Richard Nixon

The left secured control of the institutions of society-whereas conservatives simply voted every four years.

This is an important aspect to remember-right wing folks by nature are not usually activists. They have businesses and families. The left is far more focused on political operations. And it’s members devote far more time, intellectual capital, and energy towards political and hence cultural goals.

Conservatives thus are always on the back foot, reacting to whatever the left is doing next.

That’s why the right loses. We are always on the defensive, at best delaying or postponing are adversaries agendas.
So how would ‘we’ retake it then? Or would that be better off as it’s own thread?

When hasn't MSN and silicon valley been an enemy of the people are you deluded bro? The fact Chinas social credit system came from Silicon valley alone is a damming indictment alone but ok lets simp for these corperations and journalists who shill activist stances to destroy americans. Lets just be good boys and take it to show we're "True cons"

I have stated multiple times on this site, that I think the platform/publisher issue needs to be resolved. I think a lot of Silicon Valley companies will be completely wrecked when they're forced to pick one status or another, and stop trying to have the upside of both and downside of neither.

But I can lay out specific reasons I think this is the case for various companies. As a person who believes in personal accountability and responsibility, I do not advocate attacking people based on their cultural or social 'class.'

I don’t think the founding fathers would have stated the constitution should endure forever. Or deference to it valued over the survival of the nation itself.

Apart of me thinks Jefferson and Madison if they saw us today, would be shocked we basically worship a document that will be nearing its 300th birthday in about a half a century or so. Or well sixty nine years.

One day-the constitution and the institutions of government as they are, may become a fetter or even an impediment on the nation in the long run.

When that happens-they should be replaced. Not defended before all reason.
Going further would be off topic, but Jefferson said precisely that.
We may consider each generation as a distinct nation, with a right, by the will of its majority, to bind themselves, but none to bind the succeeding generation, more than the inhabitants of another country.
Thomas Jefferson

Journalist and silicon valley techbro type are not classes they are professions

And almost universally they share activist politics this is a fact you can deny it until you are blue in the face but they have an agenda in their higherups and you have two options. Put Bananas in your ears and hope it goes away when you ignore it until they fuck you over before they inevitably collapse and create massive amounts of damage or cripple them now before they cripple you and anyone else not receptive to their activism. Now choose.

...You are preaching to the choir. I'm very well aware that the majority of Silicon Valley companies, or ones large enough to be powerful anyways, are fringe left lunatics. I can tell you haven't read many of my posts elsewhere on this site, or you'd be well aware of that.

That doesn't mean I'm going to support watchdog's absurdly excessive 'declare them all terrorists in open rebellion' sentiments. I firmly believe that if Facebook, Google, Youtube, and others were brought under proper legal scrutiny, a lot of their leadership would be jailed for a mixture of monopolistic practices and blatant abuse of the 'platform' legal cut-outs.

So rather than hyperbole about treating limp-wristed internet activists with far too much money and soft power as terrorists, properly prosecute them and throw them in jail. Once it's made clear that this shit isn't going to be tolerated anymore, the swarm of lawsuits tech companies will be vulnerable to because they no longer can pretend to be platforms while executing editorial control will correct the massive bias and propaganda issue really fast.

Even non-radical democrats have been feeling the heat from Youtube and the like; this is just another way the hard left is shooting itself in the foot.

I think anti trust actions and higher tax rates on these companies would put them underneath greater pressure.

The left wing activism is only so much a menace due to these corporations economic and political power, not to mention the platforms they hold sway over.

Break up that control and knock them down a peg-and their activism becomes far less successful.

Your not going to change the people who make up their personnel but you can reduce the influence they wield, quite substantially too.

Did you guys see that the reason the dems were blocking the Relief Bill was to try and pass their own? Needless to say it was a... Interesting bill. Some highlights:

20,000,000,000 to UPS. 300,000,000 endowment for humanities. 13,000,000 for Howard University. 1,000,000,000 for Obama phones. 25,000,000 for cleaning supplies for the capitol building. 100,000,000 to NASA (which I would like but why is it on a relief bill for a pandemic?). 500,000,000 for museums and libraries. 300,000,000 for International Disaster Relief.

Propagandists is the term for much of the media. 'Filthy liars' would be another. Slanderers, libellers, people actively trying to lead the nation down a road of destruction and misery.

When they actually start committing acts of violence, then 'terrorist' becomes accurate.

Use the right term, at the right time. The truth is enough of a rebuke of their character and conduct; you exaggerating recklessly actually makes it harder to show what they are, because easily-refuted allegations plant a seed of doubt as to the legitimacy of any future allegations.

Problem is, I think they pretend to be moderates and not outright communists

Fucking called it. 😒

I'm sure every American out there that needed this relief when it was first proposed is going to be extra thankful to the Democrats, come November. ;)

How will guys like the ones who go “SJWs don’t exist” spin this?
Continued denial while also still buying into their "save everyone but actual Americans" ideology.

Also, I've been flicking through random AOC speeches on YouTube: she's pissed that Illegals, who have no SSN, aren't being covered by the Republicans' version of the Bill. :ROFLMAO:

If she were White and blonde, she'd be perfect as the dumb, stereotypical Barbie from the 70's. Her god-awful voice, her flailing and stamping like a six-year old child... she's a fucking joke.
