Also @Zachowon thank you for educating me. I actually thought POW's could be shot just like regular prisoners if they are about to be freed/escape. I did not know it was a war crime. I knew it would be a bad idea, because if your prison gets over run then you can't really surrender once the other side finds out you killed their dudes. But I thought it was just a practical issue not a moral/legal one. Well if you learn a new thing on a day it's a good thing.

What nazis? GERMANS.And they would murder all prisoners in Dachau,if american do not come.
And NKWD murdered prisoners in 1941 before germans come,with few exceptions.The same NKWD in which many hews served,and current Izrael is not condemning them.

I said from early on that this should have been done-- not just to separate "zones", but to all of the Gaza Strip.

No food, no water, no electricity, no (tele)communications, no (medical) aid, and no-one in or out.... until all hostages are returned alive and all Hamas militants surrender unconditionally to the IDF at the border, disarmed and stripped down to their underwear.

Compliance = return of the hostages & the functional end of Hamas.

Failure to comply = the death of everyone in the Gaza Strip, regrettably including the hostages and the very few innocent Gazans (e.g. infants), but thereby at least permanently ending the whole debacle.

This conflict could have been over within a month, before anyone in the Western media could effectively mobilise the anti-semite brigade. Total Israeli victory would have been a fait accompli before the Hamas collaborators could even get organised.

Once they are in prison and away from the battlefield they are afforded certain legal protections. Any politician or officer who tries to order such a thing will not have a good time and is going to be charged and prosecuted. There's no shortage of leftist prosecutors in Israel who would jump at such an opportunity.

Also Hamas cares less about their prisoners in Israel than Israel about their hostages in Gaza. The Israeli public, especially the left, are already apeshit about the 6 killed hostages, there have been protests for days against the government for "allowing" this to happen.

Netanyahu is not a victim, he is a very powerful person who's incompetence gets Jews and other Israelis (and some foreign nationals) mass murdered by neighboring Islamofascist terrorists. Not someone I want to be seen defending, personally....

Worst.He knew about coming attack,and did notching to have pretext to genocide palestinians.Personally i would not care,but he later would create Great Izrael,take over mosque and build temple there,and go for world domination.

Which in some time start WW3 which would destroy Izrael - and i do not care about that - and kill many people in other countries.Which i do not like.

Eh, I don't think "world domination" or a "Greater Israel" is in Bibi's cards to play, more than likely that's just leftist fearmongering. More likely, the U.S. is likely to start applying pressure on Bibi for mass civilian casualties in Gaza, in which case Bibi will either 1) respond to the pressure and chill the fuck out or 2) go even crazier on Gaza. I don't see Israel's wars reaching very far beyond it's borders, beyond targeted strikes against Iranian proxies in Syria and sometimes Iraq they don't have much power projection.
