The immediate fight will depend on how well Hamas can protect its arms and leadership. I have not doubt that tons of ordnance is going to be falling on Gaza over the next week AT LEAST.I'd agree, the reason to hold back is said states funneling money, equipment, and manpower to the insurgency that will result. Hamas launched 5,000+ rockets today, Hezbollah, according to the IDF, can do 100,000 for one example. Nevermind the ability of Saudi Arabia to engage in oil warfare.
After that...we'll see just how well trained each side really is. Because THAT will be the primary factor in determining who wins the urban war.
Ehhhh...really depends on what we're talking about. I don't think Israel's enemies are as unified as they were then. They tried that in 2006 and the 1980s. Want to know how that worked out for them? Their enemies are stronger today than ever before lol.
This fight was coming. It was just a matter of when. It's not surprising that Hamas & Palestine waited till America is weakened and distracted by another war.By all means though, I invite Israel to impale itself with its own stupidity, my only real concern is for all the civilians caught in the crossfire.
I don't think Israel will impale damage themselves so much as be subject to more hardship from other countries. Who comes out on top will depend on many, MANY things.
I was not addressing the 'average Iranian'. I am specifically pointing at the Iranian leadership.Dude have you met your average Iranian...ever? I did due to where I live...and they are not hating anyone besides the obvious. Iranian folk are not monolothic, just like the average lad from the US doesn't love Biden the average Iranian doesn't universally hate the State of Israel.
