Actually usually in genocides it works via the government sheltering gangs that massacre people of a target demographic.
Which is exactly what happens in england with the proactive protection of the muslim rape gangs.

By that logic Russia is engaging in genocide in Crimea by allowing hundreds of thousands of Russians to settle there, no? And the Soviet Union engaged in genocide in the Baltic states by allowing hundreds of thousands of Eastern Slavs to settle there, right?

It's not hard to figure out how to make a burrito or taco. Heck, just go to some place like Qdoba, order one, and watch them make it. Picking the brains of locals while on a trip about what they use in theirs and how they do it: also fine.

Being white when you open a shop which uses the foreign ingredients and methods:

Dude, it is a piece of flat bread with grilled meat cut into very small pieces with some sauces and fries wrapped onto it...
Also,a lot of the Gyros and Diuner places in Bulgaria are run by bulgarians.
Mostly anyone can cook it...

Don't you think it is kinda racis to say that only certain groups can cook certain foods?

Yes. And West is engaging in self-genocide by allowing mass immigration, Serbia engaged in genocide during the Communist Yugoslavia by having their military personnel settle non-Serb countries and marry local women...

Genocide can take many forms, and most of them are not as obvious as "gas chambers, go!" or "1,2,3, wall faces thee" sort you usually see discussed.

Is interracial marriage in the US also a form of white genocide? Because in the Jim Crow South, it's entirely possible that a lot of white Southerners might have felt that way.

Spanakopita sounds pretty Balkan/Slavic to me.

Anyways, the zeljanica is reminiscent of banitsa, but banitsa can be made tih many, many fillings, from fennel or garlic leaves through cheese and egg to pumpkin.The major thing about it is the rolling of very thin sheets of dough in which you wrap the filling, then you make the resulting tube into a nice, round construction.
We even have something called Zelnik here, too:
