What hatred? they have polish banners,and that is it.Izrael agency lied about any hate speech against jews there.
Nobody hold "nazi symbol" only polish banners and ban of swastika.

Israel and many Israeli and Jewish individual treat Poland like garbage and are too accustomed to throw around the usual accusations despite the reason why many of them are alive or there is a Jewish state to begin with is Polish people and their nation.

Well, they do have a good argument there. She's an orphan without legal status and has citizenship of another country. Why could Israel care for her instead of Philippines, of which she is a citizen? It's not even some kind of failed state to say that she can't get care there or something.

I might be willing to agree with you if she lived in Israel her whole life, and is basically an Israeli and can't even speak the language of the Philippines. But I don't think it's that extreme.

She spent six years in Israel: From age10 to age 16. I forgot Hebrew after age 8 after I moved to the US. I mean almost completely forgot all of it. And I used to speak it fluently!

I call bull. Language doesn't escape the mind that easily.

It might not come forward as naturally or readily, but stick her around some Filipinos for a while, and it'll come back pretty quickly.

It's not unreasonable if she's strongly autistic, given that's associated with difficulty with languages.

Though it also brings up the question of whether or not she speaks Hebrew, it's quite plausible that she speaks no languages at all if she's that autistic and abused (the article points out she was mostly locked up in a room all the time) so not speaking Filipino would have no meaning relative to her location, and she's quite likely to be better at picking up her childhood language than Hebrew later.

The article kinda leaves out the major points there.

Specifically Shaked noted that the woman in question is not of an age group where FGM is actually on the table for her, so the claimed threat didn't really exist. Further Israel's asylum laws require that a person belongs to the groupings Israel allows.

Specifically, an asylum seeker must prove they are of a race, religion, nationality, or have membership in a particular social group or political opinion that is threatened. "Woman" was deemed as too broad and all-encompassing, it would set a precedent that basically anybody can demand asylum at any time on the grounds that their home country is a shitty place, which is well beyond what Israel should reasonably be expected to accommodate.
