What about India, Pakistan, and North Korea? They also have nukes and are not members of the NPT at this specific point in time. Not really fair to single Israel out like that, is it?

If Israelis had a mentality similar to that of Russians, then that is what they might have very well done. Thankfully, they don't. Enough people were expelled back in 1948-1949 as it is.

Coincidentally, that isn't reflecting well on the intelligence of Pakistan's leadership.
I suspect that Pakistan voted the way that it did due to inherent Muslim solidarity with the Palestinians. India, as a non-Muslim country, doesn't have this problem. North Korea also voted in favor just like Pakistan did. I guess that North Korea enjoys being a stinker along with its new BFF Russia.
Cases such as these exemplify the need for Israel to have a better, more compassionate, and more inclusive immigration policy:
