More that the hardware survives a very short time in the front lines. This war is not like the ones against 5th grade armies like in the last 20/30 years. The level of lethality there is way high.

No. Russia is fighting on a front that stretches the equivalent distance of london to berlin against a well entrenched foe that is completely subsidised and supported by USA and its vassal states and outnumbered the Russians.
If it was just Ukraine vs Russia? Yes, Ukraine would have collapsed. But it isnt.

The funny thing is that many of these Azov and East European pro-Western racist types will eventually end up canceled, fired, or in jail for hate speech. Basically the one and only reason for me to sympathize with Ukraine, people deserve to get what they fight for IMO.

In any case, Russia itself wasn't much better in regards to this until several years ago. And AFAIK, the EU isn't forcing its member states to adopt hate speech laws, is it? Anyway, if allowing hate speech was a legitimate reason to invade other countries, then Poland, the Baltics, Romania, et cetera would also be invaded, not just Ukraine.
