SCOTUS Getting Shade Over Roe v Wade

You know having the left freak out over this to such a level is nice but it would be even better if we had people that would actually make some of the crazier one suffer real consequences I’ve seen tweets basically call for people to kill the justices or revolution etc. leaking their addresses is them just taking the next step they take with anyone they disagree with it’s almost an instinct to them now. Like the lefts has several patterns they follow like clockwork. But also like clockwork very rarely do they suffer consequences it happens sometimes but not enough

Under US law, there's not a lot that can be done with stuff like that, you have to real work at it to get in legal trouble for just what you say or publish.

But if anyone was ever stupid enough to actually cross that line and even attempt to harm a SC justice, the blowback would be unimaginable. As in "I literally cannot imagine how utterly destructive it would be to the entire left wing in that happened".

One would hope, but I suspect the fallout wouldn't go beyond the nutcase who actually made the attempt. Nobody is going to, for example, be able to hold the media accountable for radicalizing them.

looking at history they don't suffer consequences over and over again until suddenly it all hits all at once.

Bold Prediction: The Dems will overplay their hands on this & it will blow up on their faces resulting in the massive GOP wave across the United States in November.

Well he's not wrong; why should the youth respect institutions when the institutions' have repeatedly screwed us over, no matter our political leaning or bias.

I mean I think Thomas is speaking more about the youth of the Left than youth in general, but the point still stands.

This is the problem a lot of DC and the people who work there do not get; institutions have to show they are worthy of respect, they do not get it simply for existing or for 'goods' done before many youth were born.

That's a pretty safe prediction, the left has been over reacting emotionally for what 6 years strait now? Bidens whole legitimacy rests on a return to normalcy that never happened after all. So realistically were looking at another summer of violence from the left, churches being burned down. People being murdered in the streets.

But you can only act like this for so long before the masses decide their really tired of your shit.

Yeah, I'm normally black pilled as fuck, but I think the kind of reactions we are about to see from the left will far more than cancel out any harm this ruling does to the right.

I'm seeing more and more people just outright celebrating abortions and sharing their sick takes. They'll continue with that.

And then all the violence we are going to see this summer.

And oh you just wait until someone tries to attack a justice.

The left can't help but shoot themselves in the feet lately.

The problem for the democrats is simply this.

They are the poltical realinment happened the republicans became the party of the populars and they became the party of the establsihment. Biden reacted to his win by centralizing as much establishment power into the democratic party as possible and its really one of the few things he didn't fuck up.

The thing is establishment parties can win, they can be very successful and they can thrive and be dominate for decades but they have to follow one central rule.

Dont do anything crazy.

Establishment parties gain their legitimacy and power by making sure the status quo is at least good enough to be satisfactory to the majority. You can't be irrational you cant do crazy shit you cant make revolutionary change. If you pull that shit you lose legitimacy you lose power and people turn against you.

The democrats haven't quite realized how this changes the rules. They expected themselves to be the populist parties they thought of themselves as the revolution, but that isn't true and that isn't going to work and fly.

I actually question whether there will be much violence. Don’t get me wrong L.A Portland and New York will riot, but all of them are lost causes anyway. The left doesnt have the people in other parts of the country For middle America and the south to have riots they have to Coopt other groups typically the black community. And they aren’t upset by the ruling, so no riots from them.

Don't be surprised if you see the rioting in major metroplexes in other places, even Texas or Florida.

I'm expecting Austin, Houston or DFW to get a case of stupid. I'm ALSO expecting Law Enforcement to actually respond (and possibly the national guard) with sufficient gusto to nip most of it in the bud.

Man even a ban or even just a suspension from twitter or other social media maybe a visit from some kind of law enforcement as a warning. Like if when people on the right or center said anything remotely similar or even just joked in that direction nothing happened I wouldn’t feel this way but it is frustrating for it to only ever go one way most of the time.

Also on the subject of riots and such you got to be on the look out for out of towners they bus people to these things all the time. Like a lot of these crazy riots wouldn’t have been near as bad if it was just locals.

Dems haven't learned their lesson from their STUPID hitjob on Kavanaugh in 2018: costed them 4 US Senate seats in MO, IN, FL & ND.

There are people opposed there absolutely and there will be protests, but I am not expecting riots, since that crowd are more whiners than militants. And yeah unlike the 2020 riots the cops and or private security can act against these people and this the protest Wont get violent.

Realistically we have already entered demographic decline as a species and will suffer all the conquences of this.

We don't have enough young people to keep everything going, as time goes this adds a very painful logic to banning abortion. Its not getting talked about now but as time goes on? As countries face the conquences of demographic decline and potentially the cessation of their existance?

In general feminsts are going to have a real bad time with in a couple decades.

Eh, I think it's a temporary and mostly self inflicted problem. In time feminism is going to fall completely out of fashion and someone will come along and try to fix the housing market. A lot of the barriers unwittingly put in front of young families by well meaning government's won't have the longest shelf life and should be a thing of the past in the next few decades.

Even then, I think you'll see the population stabilise instead of undergoing tremendous growth. People wouldn't be having massive families anyway as, thanks to medical marvels, the infant mortality rate is through the floor. If you have a child it's almost a certainty they'll reach adulthood so you don't have to pump out massive broods anymore.
