Russian Invasion of Ukraine 2022

Russian officials reportedly state they have experienced "significant losses of troops" and it's "huge tragedy."

Video allegedly from Mariupol showing a Ukranian BTR-4 engaging Russian tanks with it's autocannon and offering 30mm suppositories.

Another Russian IED found...

Alleged Russian Nazi captured masquerading as a DeNazifier or whatever.

United Nations removed Russia from the Human Rights Council with a vote of 93-24. Russia responded they're leaving the Human Rights Council, so there!

It'd be nice if they could remove China and the UAE but it's a start at least. Maybe they could start by having Mauritania start cracking down on slavery? The UNHRC is a joke and should have been abolished awhile ago.

Note how hilly the area south of Izium is.

Kherson where people are out and about. No artillery sounding in the distance.

Ah good Comrades, once the place is leveled, it will be rebuilt with new buildings.

Comrades, the 150th Rifle, Order of Kutuzov 2nd class, Idritsa Division, 79th Rifle Corps, 3rd Shock Army, 1st Belorussian Front has taken the Village of Rozivka, Zaporozhye Oblast.

Comrades giving up the fight and joining the soon to be formed Kherson's Peoples Republic.

Russia continues to push Barvinkove via 2 routes, the direct one is moving faster despite being in hillier terrain. LPR forces are starting a general offensive to completely clear their Oblast of remaining UkA troops. At Kherson, the Russians have annihilated the UkA advance with artillery and are pushing on Stanislav. Minor success of UkA in taking four small villages on the Kryvyi Rih front.

1.Kramatorsk would be turned into second Marjunpol by ukronazis.TELL ME,WHO DESTROYED MARJUNPOL? KGBSTAN,OR AZOW? AND WHO ARE UKRONAZIS?
MOREOVER,WHO ARE RUSSIAN ARMY,IF THEY COULD NOT TAKE CITY FROM NOT SODIERS,BUT UKRONAZIS?
2.kgbstan captured ONE villafe, and raised red banner over it.You knew, that it was used by soviet genociders, who murdered more soviets then Hitler? they have no right to comply about nazis.
3.Cyvilians refused to fight, and you are taking that they joined some Kherson republic? after election,i presume?
4.kgbstan is pushing, and ukrainians only liberated 4 villages compared to one captured by kgb.

But Russia could have helped the separatists reconquer it in the summer of 2014, no? After the Battle of Ilovaisk.
AFAIK they were avoiding direct involvement and only using their contract troops to defend existing territory. A Swiss officer who helped train the Ukrainians says the bulk of the Donbass breakaway forces were actually defecting Ukrainian army units:

Note the piles of spent shell casings. Counter-battery fire is negligible.

A UkA Mortar Team bites the Dust.

Russia shows its growing collection of kills.

Russian National Guard clearing out any troublemakers to their operations.

Ukrainian Paratrooper Unit wiped out.

Typical editing of the action, Tank remains intact, backs up, and likely drew a bead and destroyed the BTR after the camera cuts off.

A dawning realization among Western Officials.

This is the reality of the war, the Russians' superior quantity of drones locate a UkA position, artillery pounds its flat, Russians move in and take trophies. Rinse and repeat.

UkA S-300 stayed in one spot too long and got pasted.

Rule when fighting a peer or superior adversary. Move your AD constantly. It is the Commander's or his Deputy's responsibility to ensure multiple new set up spots are selected daily and that his unit moves after radiating active tracking and fires. If you stay put, your foe can backtrack you and send a strike package. Also if a drone spots you, get out of dodge immediately. This how the Serbians kept their air defense in the game. Learn from them.

As @Abhorsen mentioned, I have compiled as an exhaustive a list of photographic evidence of Russian war crimes as possible. Systematic rape, torture, and murder. There are no images in the document itself, you have to click through on the links for them. Be very careful about doing so. You can find the document here.

I also have a section for eyewitness testimony that doesn't have photographic evidence to go with it (yet) and a section just for context - detailing what Russian propaganda is saying should be done to Ukraine right now, Putin's past words on Ukraine, and the long, long history of barbarisms performed by the Red, and then the Russian Army.

Y'know, just in case anyone thought this was a surprise or anything.

I mean.
It's Russia.
If one thought they wouldn't commit war crimes they are looking at the wrong country

Honestly the extent of the personal soldiers doing horrible unorganized war crimes has really surprised me. Probably my own lack of familiarity with Russian army and culture, which I now hear is basically a giant hyper-armed prison gang, but I assumed the war crimes would be mostly "artillery destroying cities and towns" not "random mass murder and rape of anyone caught outside" we seem to be seeing now.

Based on unreliable pre-war impressions I assumed the Russians were a relatively professional army that did deliberate war crimes, as that's much closer to what we saw in Syria, the only Russian war that was recent enough for me to really pay attention to that involved a lot of fighting. Releasing a massive heavily armed prison gang on random Ukrainian citizens was not a thing I predicted. I didn't predict anything right about this war to be fair, though.

The rape was completely expected.

Even the US has trouble with that, and they're pretty much the most professional and well trained military in the world.

Western Analysts have grossly underestimated the amphibious capabilities of later model Russian IFV's.

Almost impossible to spot from the air with drones, much less target even with top attack ATGM's.

Ah shit, we have a "BMP of the Lake" now. :giggle:

Zelenski regime caught massacring its own civilians, again:

Sclerotic eurotard being a sclerotic eurotard, as usual.I wonder how well his renewable investments, for which he was fined because of insider trading, are doing, I mean, he doesn't have chuldren and at 75 I doubt he can even get it up, so he probably can't really enjoy hookers of either sex.Maybe he needs toe money for viagra:
