Did they have an uncle?

Not sure.

In any case, it doesn't really matter to me. I cringed internally whenever I read their emails to me, but at the end of the day, it doesn't really matter.

(Although, I'm easily annoyed when people post stories or long articles online that lack paragraph breaks and other syntactical considerations that make their work easy on the eyes. Or pretty much anything they publish no matter the word count, to be honest.)

The Joke.

The Moon.

Your head.

:p

Funny, but in fairness, probably true.

Hopefully, Superman has some of the best hero insurance on the market. Even if people are grateful for him saving their lives, it's a bit hard to actually live them when their car is totaled and will cost a fortune to replace, for example. (Yes, I'm aware that public transportation exists.)
One of my in-laws has an '08 car worth $1.7 million. A door ding you have to pay for on that can bankrupt practically anyone.

Another reason to have damn good hero insurance, then.
Most people can't afford that kind of insurance.

If something like that is your car and properly insured you're not going to get hit with more than the deductible. If it's not your car you better hope that it either wasn't your fault or your insurance has a really high payout limit because cars like that are about three times as expensive as what's allowed at LeMans and street legal.
