Private companies under diplomatic coverage
The performers of military programs DTRA - private companies. They do not report directly to Congress and may bypass the law due to the lack of direct observation. Civilian personnel also have diplomatic immunity, although these people are not diplomats. Consequently, private companies can operate on behalf of the US government under diplomatic cover without direct control from the host state, Georgia. This practice is often used by the CIA for undercover agents.

Three private American companies operate in the center of Lugar - CH2M Hill, Battelle, and Metabiota. With the exception of the Pentagon, they manage federal projects related to biological research, the CIA and other government agencies.

Huff’s letter states that Daszak disclosed to him in late 2015 and early 2016 that he was working with the CIA. In fact, at the end of his letter, he posits “that Dr. Peter Daszak could be a double agent working on behalf of the Chinese government based on his observations of his behavior and the nature of statements related to working with the Chinese (did not see risks, concerns, or other obvious problems) related to conducting gain of function work or other high-risk laboratory work in China.”

Huff has posted several documents on Twitter in the past ten days, including an InQTel pitch deck authored and presented by Dr. Daszak in 2015 and an EcoHealth Alliance grant funding proposal. Huff also posted an Intelligence Advanced Research Project Agency Report (IARPA) report he wrote.

The InQTel pitch deck PowerPoint presentation entitled “Identifying predictable patterns in disease emergence” is essentially a discussion of the global economic impact of emerging zoonotic diseases and their impact on countries and principal airports worldwide. The PowerPoint presentation also maps human-animal contact risk and hypothesizes which species will produce the next pandemic. InQTel is a CIA investment organization, a well-know fact in the intelligence community.

DTRA, USAID, and the CIA have been transferring American technology and know-how to foreign biolabs and conducting biowarfare research using euphemisms like "zoonotic surveillance" and "gain-of-function", with private companies subcontracting the work under a diplomatic cover to avoid any oversight. Some of the people involved in this were close associates with Jeffrey Epstein and Ghislaine Maxwell.

Honestly, I'm the weird outlier case where I'm tempted to take the first booster (already took the first two ASAP, before the mandates, then I was like fuck the mandates). I'm immunocompromised, so the probabilities for me are going to be different than for the average person. Like, I had a cold (not covid) that went through my work: everyone else got over it in a couple of days, me it was 2 weeks and going full delusional the first night (I thought I was commissioner of the SEC (college, not government) and my body position affected how the Bowl Games were set up. Yes, that makes no sense on a number of levels, I know. Then I took a shower while experiencing another delusion).

So I really don't know the best decision.

Ive actually caught covid twice, All I got from it was a low grade fever that would go away during the day and come back at night every day for like two weeks. It was pretty annoying but thats all, Other people I know did get pretty deathly sick from it though.
