Asia in general has been pretty lax about the measures, from what I hear a lot of eastern Europe is the same way, as is Russia, they had some lockdowns, but most of these 2 years things were far less insane than they were in the west.

China, IMO is using the lockdowns for some economic and social reengineering, and to decouple from the west faster.

Putting the chips back is kind of an obvious thing to do, and yes the covid afflicted idiot shouldn't be in customer service.

Honestly I worked customer service if you spend anytime in it you should eventally just run out of fucks. I have seen weird fucking shit. A person not wearing a mask? That doesn't even fucking register as a problem. Then again I'm not a control freak.
