That's nice and completely meaningless because every federal contractor is still saying "As a federal contractor, we are required to mandate vaccination for all our employees, please provide proof of vaccination or request a religious exemption."

I mean I guess a military court could, but that is a 3rd rail option, because military courts are not where we should have to go for SCOTUS ruling enforcement/Constitutional protections for civies.
