The (pharma/the medical lobby/insurance groups) will just get laws passed (assuming there aren't already) mandating that you need your yearly Covid shot in order to work in healthcare under the guise of "caring for the patient" in order to outlaw competition. I have seen many documentaries involving this in various industries, basically whoever consolidates the most power first gets to ban or restrict out its competition.
Hell, this already happened where all the Big stores got to stay open and in business and were able to afford complying with requirements to open later on. Single store businesses and small chains got wiped out.
