they flat out refused to sell in any country that did not gave them immunity from lawsuits or wanted to do govt testing first in their FDA equivalent.
... but you could sue anyways. immunities from lawsuits don't really hold up in court. the question is timing it just right. so there is enough support for it that the lawsuit does not get dismissed. but not so late that someone else beats you to the punch.
... it would probably be a class action suit too since so many were harmed. which means all the money goes to the lawyers.
plus it is bullshit that they can harm so many people and just pay a small fine.

I do get the advantage that I am in Italy and the system does allow for what essentially are customer protection associations (one of which helped get refunded close to 1k of money from Lufthansa during the coof) and since I will be talking to my lawyer regardless because of my father, I will bring the subject and discuss with her what to do.
However I am not going to hope for any miracles and there's a good chance I already know what my lawyer is going to tell me.
Would that get around the immunity ruling for producers of the Vax?

Their immunity shield should be void in the event of fraud, such as proving that the vaccines contained contaminants or adulterants from the factory and did not reach the contractually specified level of purity.
