I am in awe that the people behind this show had the audacity to pull something like this. They even outright admit that this is part of an attempt to indoctrinate kids to their way of thinking; that this sort of behavior is not only okay, but something to aspire to. They want your kids to grow up to look like this... "person":
I don't want to say that you can't do a character like that at all (Kamen Rider Gaim's Oren Pierre Alfonzo, aka Kamen Rider Bravo, being just one example of how to do it right); but they are not painting themselves in the best light with how they're marketing this new addition to the cast.
