Are you joking? If anything, they've become less obnoxious than back when they were openly leftist 5th Columnists.
OldWho and nuWho up until mid-Capaldi often had liberal and Left messages and contexts to their stories, yes, but liberal and Left
don't always equate to Leftard/Leftoid.
Since the middle of Capaldi's run onwards, and especially with Whittaker, genderbent Doctor (and that Child shit), and Chibnall being a talentless hack, the show took a nosedive into Leftard/Leftoidism. It's now just
blatant propaganda, and if you dislike that tripe in any way, you're "a phobe, an ist, or suffer from an ism".
What I find hilarious is that I have people who were raised (as in kids, teens, and dumbasses in their early twenties) on late Tennant or Smith saying "you're not a true Who fan if you dislike the last decade or so! Don't be a bigot, bigot!"
My response to them?
"Bitch, I'm 35. I may not have been alive when the original Doctor Who run was still being actively produced, but all the oldWho episodes were a part of my childhood. I remember watching them when they were on UK TV Gold of a Saturday morning, and I remember watching the Children in Need Special and the Doctor Who Movie, as they were both aired live on TV in the 90's.
I've been a fan longer than you've been alive."
They typically don't know how to reply to that.
