No the land wasn't "stolen," when you conquer another nation or win a war against them and gain land it isn't stealing, since the very thing that determines who owns land is who can violently prevent others from dominating it. Stealing is a function of living within a society with property laws and them being broken.

As another poster already pointed out: try squatting on some billionaire's or any highly connected person's property and see how far that gets you...

it's always the middle class that gets hit hardest by stuff like this. small time property owners, small time landlords, small business owners, etc. the current psy op is to make the masses hate small time landlords and blame said landlords for rent increases and why their lives are getting more difficult; also making it harder and harder to evict non-paying/destructive tenants and in this case, squatters. why is that? the plan is to make day to day affairs more and more difficult for said small time landlords...to the extent that more and more small times landlords will no longer be able to keep their properties anymore. and that's where the big time investors come in and buy everything up. and once the middle class is gone and all the big time investors own everything...we live in a feudal society. and try squatting on their properties...see how far that gets you...

What a ridiculous point to jump to. For one, both of these killed a ton of people within their own territory/their own citizenry. But yes, had the Nazis won and conquered all of Europe none of that would be "stolen" land, which is a naive way of looking at things that completely misunderstands how states and civilizations work.

Put another way: if your idea of stolen land is taken seriously then all land is stolen which completely removes any point in using such verbiage to begin with. You then have to cherry pick which nations you decide are "stolen" and which aren't, completely removing a solid definition in the first place.

exactly they are a stabilizing force. they are not going to want a revolution. so the left must get rid of them so they can have their revolution. the left has the problem of being one part the establishment and having control of the institutions while also advertising itself as revolutionary and anti the status quo to appeal to the lowest strata. they have to make moves against the status quo or they lose their base.

No I think your whole thing about murder is a strawman. We were specifically speaking about "stolen land" as a concept and how out of touch that is with how every society in history, from tribe to nation state, came to own the land it did.

Yes, yes it absolutely does mean it's yours. We can get into issues such as purchased fraudulent goods but unless you're going to make the claim that all American land is legitimately stolen, that is irrelevant.

I hate people who aren't using land as much as the next person, but that doesn't mean you can just steal it from them. That issue is more complex than "SIEZE THE MEANS OF LAND OWNERSHIP" and frankly I am not experienced enough to know what to do in that situation. But I am experienced enough to know that land-theft from lawful owners of land is not good.

I know with IP laws (Mainly digital goods) abandonment is a thing, Where if something is not claimed and/or where copyrights is not removed it's pretty much understood to be fair game. Not sure if a similar principle exists with Actual property though. but I would love for thier to be a solution for people whom just buy land and then sit on it.

Both intellectual and real property laws are designed to shit on the little guy, and to protect the immense.
