Ok I guess list two or three things?
It's been pushed that women can do anything and
everything a man can do -- before I get my head bitten off, this includes
practical things such as physical strength which is applied in military and civil service training (e.g. firefighters expected to knock down doors, marines doing fitness tests). It's gotten so bad that they actually had to lower the bar for women so they could pass these tests -- the US Marine Corps fitness test for women passing compared to the men's requirement has become a joke.
Equality is "great" until you or your loved ones are burning to death behind a blocked door because the "trained" female firefighter is too fucking weak to knock down said door that an
untrained man can do (no kidding -- there are clips on YouTube showcasing this exact scenario) because he's naturally stronger.
They genuinely can't understand that a man of a comparable fitness level is stronger than they are and better suited for critical roles e.g. firefighting.
It's been pushed that women need to be "Boss Babes" and have a career in their twenties -- they
need to be high-earners, and they
need to have a degree to be "strong and independent", they
need to "take charge", et cetera; then, when they try to look for love and to start a family in their thirties, they only shoot for what is essentially the top 1% of men -- over six foot, a six figure income, et cetera. Ludicrously high standards that are about as realistic as there being life on Mercury or Pluto.
These men don't want or need "Boss Babes" and "strong, independent women" in their thirties or forties. They're looking at young, feminine women in their twenties who want families like they do.
And let's not get into the whole "sex as a handshake" thing for women their teens and twenties nowadays -- and they're shocked when the few men they're interested in for something more than casual fun encounters dumps them because they're, well, cum-dumpsters/unpaid sex workers.
As much as they hate to admit it, sex for men and women is completely different on an emotional and psychological level.
Frankly, Western women, even those who haven't drunk the feminist Kool-Aid, have still broadly been affected by feminism's effects; the entitlement they're demanding
because they're women is horrific. They essentially want all the "benefits" of being a man while still having all the privileges of being a women e.g. expecting a man to protect them while not having the responsibilities men do.
And let's not get into how biased the legal system and culture is for women -- and yet they still cry about a fucking patriarchy when the West has become a
soft matriarchy.
So, yeah. Men are skipping out en masse now when it comes to Western women: they're either not bothering with women at all or they're heading overseas to where women are more traditional e.g. Asian countries, Latin America.
99% of Western women are pretty much dumpster fires.
