If the law was what mattered, we'd have seen actual sentences for the BLM rioters and Kyle Rittenhouse and Ian Cranston would not have to fear being imprisoned for the rest of their lives.
The Law is no longer neutral. It is a weapon now, to be used against your opponents or else you will be destroyed by them being willing to use it against you.
If for nothing else, attacking the gal who talked shit. The moment he struck her he got himself into trouble.
Sadly, it's also how the law works.
It will likely result in people going "If I go to jail, then I will make sure this bitch/bastard won't live to enjoy their freedom!" and acting on it.

I think unfortunately not - the father apparently feels he has to disavow a laundry list of thoughtcrime to even object to his daughter being raped.

Kind of a window into America right now:

Girl gets raped by a degenerate who shouldn't be in society. Admin does nothing. Father gets beaten by system pigs for complaining, then talks about how he agrees with 99% of progressivism anyway, please don't be mad at him. Online conservatives say "Wow if they keep pushing people might get violent! I never would and I hope people don't though - that's why it's important for them to boil the frog slower!" (Not that you're saying the last bit here, but I've seen stuff along those lines here way too much)

There's a big part of me that says, "some man in those communities should step up and get the job done".

But.

There have been so many damned rape lies over the last few decades, I question whether any man outside of the alleged victims' families could know them well enough to trust such accusations further than "tell it to the judge".

I mean... they're probably true. The 'trans' community is all about transgression and personal sexual entitlement, and that's a fine recipe for rape. Even so, 'probably' isn't enough to hang a man. I like to think that if I saw such a crime with my own eyes, I would get the job done, but.. I would have to see it with my own eyes. I wonder how many men in Loudon think something similar.

The rapist was transfered schools by the admin so they would avoid having to report it and was later arrested for a different rape and is now in juvenile detention IIRC, so IMO there's no real reason to doubt the first claim.

I find it highly likely that both claims were true. But, to play devil's advocate...

Trans are usually both troubled and classically undesirable, yet highly popularized in corporate media and treated as prizes by celebrity child abusers. They are a likely source of regret accusations, in which a girl fucks the trans because of their status and an indoctrinated perception that they deserve special treatment. She feels obligated to play along, because otherwise she would be transphobic, then looks back and is disgusted with herself... so she lashes out.

The first accusation includes corroboration from other girls, but... girls have a long history of lying for one another. Though participating in an accusation against a trans could be accounted as transphobic, so that weighs against this theory.

That actually depends on the jury. This is the exact type of situation where "fighting words" come into play. Mocking and insulting the honesty of one's traumatized child to a father who was just denied the ability to speak up on her behalf? That seems like the exact type of situation a "fighting words" defense could get raised.

Yes, "the person had it coming" can actually mitigate a physical assault charge if one gets a sympathetic jury. I know if I was on said jury and the facts were as they appear to be in this case I would vote to acquit.

this is why as a school adminstrator you just send the entire thing to the police.

If you have the option to pass the buck and make it some one elses problem then do so its the option that is both morally correct and the option that requires the least amount of effort.

What is the penalty for not reporting sexual assault to the police?
For the average citizen? Nothing.

However teachers and many within the school system are "mandatory reporters", that is, they are required by law to report such things. That said, in Virginia it appears that the penalty for failure of mandatory reporting is simply fines.

Transgender community has huge rape and pedophile problems. Instead of trying to fix it, they try to hide it. That is proof of their guilt.

When did he strike her? I've watched the video and I didn't see anything like that.
He punched her lights out IIRC. That being said, I don't think there is a jury on earth outside of San Francisco who would convict him.

So he is better off taking that shit to trial and allowing the cunt to be humiliated by a public rebuke of her existence via an acquittal.

I mean, it's (barely) possible because several officers suddenly surrounded him in mid-sentence and then a few seconds later started beating him, so he could have thrown a punch after the police surrounded him and blocked the camera, but that chain of events strikes me as highly unlikely. I thought maybe you had a different camera angle.
He was charged with assaulting her if I'm remembering right.

Watch though. All charges get dropped after the body cam footage gets out.

If the law was what mattered, we'd have seen actual sentences for the BLM rioters and Kyle Rittenhouse and Ian Cranston would not have to fear being imprisoned for the rest of their lives.
This is why I say people need to start being very public and very intense in their criticism or Judges and prosecutors.

There's this polite fiction the media agrees to that these fucking people are above criticism

Alt media should be leading protests outside their houses. Digging through the history of their spouses and any adult kids they have and listing their dirty laundry etc.

It will likely result in people going "If I go to jail, then I will make sure this bitch/bastard won't live to enjoy their freedom!" and acting on it.
Family Court Judges in Texas have been asking the state for additional protection lately as apparently whenever they go to their favorite restaurants and bar all they get are threats against their person or they claim to overhear "plots to assassinate us".

Not that I think this is a good thing, but if these retards don't pull back...something is going to snap in our society and it ain't gonna get mended easily.

For the average citizen? Nothing.
That actually depends on the state. IIRC where I live, if you see a violent crime in progress and don't call it in at a bare minimum you can be charged as an accessory.

Granted, people rarely are but it does happen during particularly egregious circumstances.

California School District Bans Political Flags After Two Students Use A Teacher’s Pride Flag For Toilet Paper

Public schools and the auditoriums of school boards increasingly host the skirmish lines in our culture war.

And, it seems, liberals are unhappily reaping what they’ve sown.

One recent example comes from Paso Robles, California, courtesy of the San Luis Obispo Tribune.

There, two students went into science teacher Evan Holtz’s classroom at Paso Robles High School and stole his 3-foot-by-5-foot LGBTQ Pride flag, which was hanging on the wall.

Holtz pursued, but could not catch them. Tik Tok told the next chapter.

The students, according to the Tribune, videoed themselves with the flag in the restroom, where they attempted to flush it down the toilet.

That apparently did not work. Because Tik Tok also showed one of them defecating on the flag while it was lodged in the toilet.

A social studies teacher at the school told the newspaper their vandalism was “definitely an act of hate directed at the LGBTQ community.”

Perhaps.

Or maybe at a time when teachers tell elementary school kids about their same-sex sexual preferences, encourage students to pledge allegiance to the LGBTQ banner, and support transgender liberation so that girls no longer have privacy in locker rooms or bathrooms, some students are fed up with having the gay-rights agenda shoved down their throats.

The Tribune noted that the incident actually occurred about a month ago.

But it didn’t come to light until school district administrators started getting complaints about teachers politicizing their classrooms with paraphernalia from LGBTQ, Black Lives Matter, and other causes.

The district “has received multiple concerns about certain flag displays in teacher classrooms, including those that are large and distracting and those that alter the American flag,” schools Superintendent Curt Dubost wrote to teachers on Oct. 1.

The superintendent subsequently announced a new policy.

No flags in classrooms larger than 2 feet by 2 feet, none that portray “alterations of the American flag.”

“We don’t want to turn it into a politicized issue where a student enters a classroom and looks up, ‘Oh, there’s a rainbow flag here, or there’s a blue lives matter flag here — that determines what the partisanship is of my teacher,’ Dubost told the Tribune.

“We think that that’s a real slippery slope. And so we continue to believe that this is a very reasonable compromise solution that allows rainbows, but within reason.”

The Tribune added, “Students said the district’s new flag policy sent a clear message: The flag that symbolizes their right to love is political and not welcome at school.”

Sophomore Eve Barajas told the paper that the new flag policy was “a way of subtly just getting rid of it. Their defense was that the Pride flag may be a trigger for certain students. But if I had said that the American flag was a trigger to me, I would be treated like a terrorist.”

Yet, viewed differently, it would appear that liberals who have advocated disrespecting and desecrating the American flag for all the evil it supposedly represents now understand why patriots who love this country don’t want anyone taking a crap on it, literally or figuratively.

The ACLU has always been evil. Their broad interpretation of free speech has always bowed to other leftist concers from abortion to the abolishing of religious speech in public. They always were going to switch to restricting speech as soon as it became leftists who were dominate, and all you people who bought into their supposed idealism were just useful patsies.

I'm old enough to remember the 90's, when they would simultaneously support prosecution of parents who spanked their children, and give pro-bono defense to pedophiles.

Meanwhile in that same period they refused to take cases defending student valedictorians who wanted to thank God in their speeches while also opposing "minute of silence" laws in states due to their overly broad interpretation of the Establishment clause and utter disregard for religious speech and seeing it as a second class form of speech below pornagraphy.
