they are parasites true. but they are not 100% effective. in fact they are only about 20% effective from the statistics I saw in that conservative parents pass down their values 80% of the time to their kids and liberals pass down their values 90% of the time. As long as the parents actually do the work to parent their kids they can turn out fine.

There are parts of eugenics that are bullshit sure. Like I don't think you could breed a human+ without a dozen generations of a breeding program. And with how long human generations are it's hard to keep a program like that going without some shenanigans. Like a caste or pseudo-caste system.
But, uh, the directed breeding of animals is a tried and true science with plenty of evidence to back it up.
And that's the core of eugenics. It's 'animal husbandry for humans.'
It literally just gets a fancy name because 'humans aren't animals' or some shit.

A dozen generations of human isn't even 'that' long though, we're talking 250 years or so. You can't pull off such directed breeding without an appropriately advanced culture to start with, and frankly I wouldn't agree with it anyways.
But anything is better than directed dysgenics lmao.

Well, there are "normal" people out there (as in having an average IQ/not having any disorders that'd affect their cognisance) that name their kids some pretty... fucking stupid names. Especially fans of certain media, like Game of Thrones.

The cultural invariant IQ test is the best measurement of overall intelligence we have. If you want to say there is a better measurement, at least name it if you can't prove it.
