The Americas The Tyranny of Trudeau's Canada

"This is what you need to do if you donated via GFM:

1. DO NOT USE THIS FORM. This is a trap. If you fill out this form, your money will get refunded, and you will have no further business in this matter.

2. Get a chargeback from your credit card company. If you didn’t use a credit card you’re a fucking retard. Chargebacks charge the merchant (GFM) a fee. This fee is not refundable. The credit card company will side with you 99% of the time. Now you have your money back and GFM has lost money. You have also made your credit card company more likely to hate GFM.

3. File an arbitration lawsuit anyway. Just because you chargeback the money doesn’t mean you no longer have business in this matter (see 1). Therefore you can still sue GFM for not fulfilling contract. The chargeback is just a protective measure by you since GFM is (according to the lawsuit you are going to file) acting in bad faith. If the lawsuit is ruled in your favor, you’d be happy to send the money to GFM to fulfill services rendered. Depending on the amount, you can take GFM to small claims court which is an even bigger headache for them because they have to go to court, they can’t just send some representative.

This is war. You have to attack from multiple sides. If $9 million worth of people do this, a win is guaranteed."

I modified my post accordingly.

I apologize for giving a bad solution.

They aren't afraid of us, not like they are of the regressive leftist establishment, so we need to hit them where it hurts; in their pocketbooks. Ruin enough peoples' lives by driving them into bankruptcy, and eventually they won't be so eager to lash out against us. I hate that it's become necessary, but they've brought it upon themselves.

They re still open to lawsuite, they breached their contract and are violating the right to protest on behalf of a foreign government. I'm not clear if you can do a civil rights lawsuit on the latter.
I’m willing to bet a state like florida is about to break go fund me back upon the hard rock that is government abuse of donations law
