Odd decision with Brady coming back. Though, Arians has made some coin so he may just be looking for a nice job where he can take the time to stop and smell the roses.
From what I've heard, Arians will be working in a senior advisory role with the Buccaneers; basically he was moved upstairs.

On Bowles: I don't see him being successful considering his previous coaching gig with the NY Jets ended horribly.

Dude didn't have Brady to rely on and 'coach' the offense then. He can stay mostly focused on Defense and leave a lot of the offensive stuff to Brady. There's the definite chance this works well for Tampa.
Let's not forget about offensive coordinator Byron Leftwich (apologize if I messed up his last name) calling the offensive play-calling with Brady.

If I'm the Buccaneers, I would do everything in my power to bring Gronkowski back ASAP.

BREAKING NEWS: CBS Sports Network reporting Tampa Buccaneers Football Coach Bruce Arians announcing his retirement effective immediately; Defensive coordinator Todd Bowles becomes the new HC.

Thoughts on the bombshell announcement by Arians ?

Don't really follow the NFL. Looking him up, he's 69. He's at the age where handing over the reigns and retiring to an advisory/mentor role is a normal thing to do.

I got really bored recently and decided to make a painting, and chose Tee Higgins, who coincidentally graduated thirty minutes away from me, and who's uncle was one of my teachers.

You know, until I looked a little more closely, I thought that was a photo.
