Rams won't be in contention, last season was an all chips in moment. They will be a power, but not superbowl worthy. My main bets would be the Buccs, Packers and the Cowboys, but the Cowboys have made alot of clinical errors this offseason so unless they get a several diamond in the rough type players they won't make the Championship, but they should survive at least the Wildcard. my bets are a Packers vs Titans superbowl, or a Chiefs vs Buccaneers. mix and match those are my bets.

Now this may be my bias, but Cincinnati is looking fit and form, if they can hold the west last year, they can do it this year. Plus Baltimore is shaky, and Lamar Jackson just didn't look good last season (though he was struggling with a lot of Injuries).
