I haven't seen the video, but you have to be one special sort of retard to think that Scar, the Queen, or damned Gaston were right.
Scar was just a lazy asshole who wanted power without responsibility, the Queen was a jealous bitch, and Gaston judged books by their covers despite being constantly wrong.

Gaston is the only one I've seen a decent argument for, and that argument hinges on 'if just two things were different,' those two things being 'Gaston didn't try to force his suit on Belle, and Beat didn't let her go.'
But those two things are that way, so it's still an argument for an alternate universe.
The others aren't even close.

Gaston I can sort of understand it’s still wrong but you can at least make an argument. But the queen is just a jealous bitch like you said and scar killed his brother to be king tried to kill his nephew and ended up mismanaged the pride lands because of his deal with the hyinas
It's something I and others have noticed is that a) those on the Left cannot tell reality from fiction; to them it's all the same and b) they often self-project (got a guy screaming that anime characters that are short but stacked are "pedophile bait" e.g. Uzaki Chan? He'd be a "check his hard drives" case. And, ironically, those who shriek against, say, lolis, have a history that everyone can see of them liking and supporting lolis in anime via tweets, likes, fan art, and such.
So, yeah.
People make the "rabid dog" analogy to people on the Left now (with the saner members of the once-Left now Center or Center-Right at worst), but that's insulting to dogs. They're fucking unhinged.
It's true, they cannot tell reality from fiction. Also, villains cannot be "cool," because then people might like them, so they have to be as stupid and clown-like as possible.
True, we haven't had very cool villains in a while. Meanwhile older fictions had examples like Scorpius, Hellghast, Cardassians, and of all things the T-800 being a badguy.

There were studies that show that when men play with superhero action figures, the remain true to the lore...the boy plays with batman as if he's batman. But women take batman and make it into herself. This is the reason for so-called "representation" and the reason women get bothered about hot female characters. This is why current year franchises are in such trouble..they are being written by women or feminised thinkers who turn the franchise into wish fulfillment where they must insert themselves into the heroic roles.

And not just that, but very often, they aren't exactly heroic people, so they're replacing the hero not just with a self-insert, or even just a shallow self-insert power fantasy, but a selfish shallow wish-fulfillment power fantasy.
