1.) Cost too much & it'll break the Federal Budget.
2.) Lack of political will from some politicians in the Blue States to doing when the economic reality comes.
3.) Virtue signaling when other issues don't go their way.
4.) Pressure from the Woke Freak Shows demanding this Reparations garbage.
5.) Congress will NEVER do it ever!

The time for reperations was the 10 year period after the civil war.

As is your asking people who never owned slaves to give money to people who were never slaves. This doesn't even bring in the fact that Asians and hispanics who came after the civil war will fucking hate this and this is an issue that is garenteed to create a whole lot of anger and resentment.
