Somewhere in the outskirts of Buenos Aires, Argentina

Sensing an illegal & unjust Civil War that had raged for 3 full years & knowing the international ramifications of that fateful decision to invade Chile on the fateful day of May 16th, 1978, something had to be done to stopping the mayhem.

Both Rodriguez & Evangelista including a group of young Argentinian Army officers made the decision to take down La Presidente somewhere on the afternoon of December 1st, 1980: timed it the moment they learned Reagan narrowly won the 1980 US Presidential election. The secret meetings took place either at the Defense Ministry Headquarters or at Rodriguez's residence in the suburbs of Buenos Aires.

Army Colonel Joaquin Hernandez asked "General Rodriguez. If we do this and revolt against the Argentinian government, this will have huge ramifications going forward not only here in Argentina, but across all of Latin America including the entire world. How can we pull this off?"

Rodriguez responded saying "I've spoken with several of the key and major figures inside the High Forces Command during several meetings personally. I've strongly advised them to join us and finding a way to toppling La Presidente once and for all. Now you've got about 25,000 soldiers personally loyal to you, who will back us 100 percent?" Hernandez responded without hesitation: "They're all loyal and with us. We have more additional reinforcements coming to help us with the formation of the Officers of the Reform Movement. Now the main key is taking La Presidente out of the Presidency because there's ongoing speculation she might try to extend her term beyond this decade. Quite obvious to many of us young Army officers that it's the freakshow Lopez Rega pulling the strings and he's been running the show over at the Casa Rosada since 1973 when Don Juan came back to power."

Rodriguez groaned with a disturbing experience, "I remember. I'll never forget the way that creepy freakshow Lopez Rega humiliated me and my family so much." Flashbacks ensued as Rodriguez reminisced one day in the Fall of 1977 when attending a special awards ceremony where his daughter, Paola was attending. The event in particular turned into a total disaster as Lopez Rega ranted about spies against the Argentinian government & even used code words of calling out those, who question the leadership of Argentinian President Isabel Peron.

Lopez Rega then made vicious, cruel & misogynistic slanders at Paola & calling her a prostitute who has sex with grown adults. He further humiliated Paola by bullying her in front of the other classmates, telling her "Fuck Off You Skinny Bitch!" causing Paola to run away crying in tears. The awful experience caused Paola to be placed into an institution & where allegedly she was mysteriously found dead in her room: naked & barefoot including violently raped to death by members of the Secret Task Force.

Rodriguez had personal vendetta against Lopez Rega & others inside the Peronist government. He had obvious motives to taking down pretty much everyone. His wife, Molly lost her mental marbles following Paola's mysterious death & encouraged Wellington to do everything to destroy them all, in reference to the Peronist government & their cronies.

Fast forward to later days of July: The OTRM (Officers of the Reform Movement) & their cohorts began doing secret military operation exercises in Central Argentina. Rodriguez oversaw their specific details of making sure this revolt was going to be successful.

On the morning of July 27th, Defense Minister Brigadier General Tomas Evangelista held a meeting with Rodriguez, Hernandez including several loyalists within the 39th Class of the Argentinian Military Academy, who were working with him at the Argentinian Ministry of Defense Headquarters in Buenos Aires. "This is time to get this done. Because if we don't succeed, we'll suffer worse fates like what happened to Videla, Massera, Viola, Galtieri and Bignone when the 1976 coup attempt failed. We will win this revolt and make Argentina the best country not only in South America, but throughout the world!" Evangelista said. They all saluted each other because it was time to contact the senior Army & Air Force Generals in joining this critical military operation to taking down La Presidente.

Argentinian Navy Rear Admiral Sergio Castellanos was contacting his special rolodex inside his large office at the Argentinian Navy Headquarters, lobbying other Admirals & other young Naval cadets to supporting & joining the Officers of the Reform Movement. While Argentinian Marine Corps Lieutenant General Irving Jimenez was aggressively courting senior Marine Corps Generals including junior commissioned officers into joining the Officers of the Reform Movement.

Depending on whom you've asked: it's alleged that the Reagan administration & the Central Intelligence Agency along with Chilean President Major General Gerald Enriquez including Paraguayan President General Alfredo Stroessner & countless other foreign Heads of State strongly gave the Officers of the Reform Movement the full green-light into launching the full-scale revolt in toppling La Presidente.

It was only a matter of time before La Presidente's term would end abruptly.

In the meantime over at the Casa Rosada (Government Office), Argentinian President Isabel Peron was in meetings all day with the Argentinian Joint Chiefs of Staff overseeing new strategies for the Civil War against Chile. She also hosted Colombian President Major General Seymour Quintero on May 31st, where she highlighted bilateral diplomatic relations between Argentina & Colombia; La Presidente also met in secret with Pope Carlos I in Bogota, Colombia on June 13th where according to anonymous sources, the Pontiff urged La Presidente finding diplomatic solutions into stopping the 3-year deadly conflict & get to the negotiating table as soon as possible.

While La Presidente was busy working at the Casa Rosada, over in an undisclosed location: the Officers of the Reform Movement began deploying 25,000+ military personnel troops including an additional 48,000 troops in other parts of Argentina. Rodriguez was inside his office at the Argentinian Air Force Headquarters, realizing this revolt was going to be successful & there were questions about who'll takeover the Presidency once this coup is successful.

Evangelista would distract La Presidente by having an informal meeting at the Casa Rosada to discuss "strategy matters" with regard to defending the homeland against Chile while Rodriguez & Co., would begin the secret military operation to overthrow her incompetent government. The time was 5:45 PM when Evangelista told La Presidente, "I've got an emergency meeting at the Defense Ministry Headquarters, Madam President. I have to go right now", saluting her before leaving her office. He would never return back to the Casa Rosada.

In the meantime, suspicious military exercises had grown constanly & aggressively ramped up across Argentina throughout the evening. La Presidente had no idea of what was happening as her government was on the verge of being toppled. Working late into the evening of July 27th, in the hopes of averting a government shutdown due to constant political infighting in the National Congress, La Presidente celebrated the birthday of her confidential secretary with office staff. All of a sudden, one of the Casa Rosada employees ran over to the President & whispered in her ear about suspicious military exercises & taking over several parts of the country. La Presidente then boarded the presidential helicopter shortly thereafter after 10:00 PM, flying her to the Quinta de Olivos (Residence of the Argentinian President), where she began making arrangements of securing her husband's body, the late three-term Argentinian President Juan Domingo Peron, whose body was exhumed from the Summer Residence in San Vicente & secretly flown via helicopter to one of the airports, where it was placed aboard the Presidential aircraft: La Presidente boarded the aircraft herself including several of her close office staff employees before the aircraft took off sometime around midnight.

With that, the chaotic & incompettent government of Isabel Peron's administration was officially over.

Soldiers marched onto the grounds of Quinta de Olivos: they realized La Presidente escaped by fleeing the country, they radioed Rodriguez, who was inside his office at the Argentinian Air Force Academy Headquarters. He responded to them, "Go find that jackass Lopez Rega and arrest him at once!" Speaking of that creepy astrology freakshow: Lopez Rega was inside his office at the Ministry of Social Welfare Headquarters, when one of the secretaries told him of military tanks were patrolling to every major city across Argentina. Alarmed & nervous, Lopez Rega told her "Destroy all of the documents now. Destroy them all!" She did exactly as she was told by destroying all of the documents inside his office including audio recordings, etc., Lopez Rega, his wife, Josefa Flora & his daughter, Norma Beatriz fled the country via private jet, eventually flying to Portugal.

Unfortunately, some members of the La Presidente's Cabinet weren't so lucky as they were detained & arrested. Later on in the early morning HRS of July 28th, Martial Law was officially declared including a State of Siege: more military patrols continued across Argentina. The morning seemed uneventful depending on whom you asked. However, as the day continued progressing, more detentions of Peronist supporters escalated, hundreds of workers, unionists, college students, political activists were abruptly abducted from their homes, their jobs, even in broad daylight while walking on the streets.

Argentinians woke up to a disturbing message as regularly scheduled programming was interrupted when transmissions were cut off abruptly, replaced by military marches of the Argentinian Armed Forces High Command followed by the communique broadcast:

"....People are advised of today, the country is under the operational control of the General Commanders Junta of the Armed Forces......
We recommend to all inhabitants strict compliance with the provisions and directives emanating from the military, security or police authorities, and to be extremely
careful to avoid individual or group actions and attitudes that may require drastic intervention from the operating personnel.
Signed: General Wellington Rodriguez, Admiral Sergio Castellanos, and Lieutenant General Irving Jimenez."

The ramifications of this coup would have huge implications going forward.... Peronism was dead once again....for now!

BREAKING: ARGENTINIAN PRESIDENT ISABEL PERON OVERTHROWN IN MILITARY COUP D'ETAT LED BY THE OFFICERS OF THE REFORM MOVEMENT
*Argentinian Air Force Chief of Staff General Wellington Rodriguez named as Chairman of the Military Junta Reorganization Council.
*Speculation growing Rodriguez is more likely to become the 40th President of Argentina in special ceremony.
*Diplomatic Negotiations underway on ending deadly Civil War with Chile.

Military tanks patrolling the Casa Rosada (Government Office) in downtown Buenos Aires during the morning HRS of July 28th, 1981.

Argentinians woke up to news of another military coup & some of whom quipped "What Else is New?" as Argentinian TV news stations broadcast special reports of the coup led by Argentinian Air Force Chief of Staff General Wellington Rodriguez including several members of the High Forces Command as well as the Officers of the Reform Movement had carefully plotted, strategized & carried out this risky rebellion against the chaotic government of then-Argentinian President Isabel Peron. According to anonymous sources, Mrs. Peron got wind of suspicious military exercises increasing inside the country & when word reached that military tanks had began rolling into several major cities, Mrs. Peron decided she wasn't going to hang around long enough to face arrest & decided to take the Presidential helicopter, which took off from the Casa Rosada around 10:00 PM which took her to the Quinta de Olivos (Residence of the Argentinian President) in Olivos & from there, she had been notified by close allies that the Junta had issued orders for her arrest. She decided to pack several of her personal belongings; then she had the body of her late husband, three-term Argentinian President Juan Peron exhumed from the Summer Residence in San Vicente & placed aboard the Presidential Aircraft, which she & several close office staff employees boarded the plane & took off for Spain to avoid arrest & extradition.

Whether leaving the Presidency so abruptly in order to calm things down was seen by many as questionable according to Argentinian political analysts & foreign policy experts.

For the mid-point of 1980, the controversial La Presidente had been confronted with increasing protests from various opposition groups, who strongly opposed the deadly Civil War against Chile. In early December of 1980, then-US Secretary of State Cyrus Vance called upon Mrs. Peron to going to the negotiation table & use peaceful diplomacy into ending this deadly conflict as well as beginning a series of inner reforms of Argentina. However, Mrs. Peron rebuked Vance, saying the United States agreed not to interfere or meddle in Argentinian domestic & political affairs. By late December, the situation further heated up & was so urgent that then-President Jerry Brown, who was also working on ending the Iranian Hostage Crisis, summoned the foreign policy team to Camp David, where he was staying for Christmas vacation, for further meetings & discussion on an explosive situation happening in Argentina.

According to inner sources, Secretary Vance voiced concern that chaos might explode across Latin America (as if the region hadn't seen chaotic coups & revolutions) & could open the door for more chaos & instability. Then-Vice President Jimmy Carter & then-Defense Secretary Benjamin O. Davis, Jr., proposed setting an ultimatum for La Presidente to prompt certain domestic reforms. President Brown agreed, but at the urging of then-National Security Adviser Edmund Muskie's urging, sent La Presidente a personal telegram instead of making it public. Apparently, La Presidente agreed to some parts of the Brown note & began pushing a series of economic deregulation reforms.

When the Reagan administration came into office on January 20th, 1981, the situation had mounted with millions on the streets of Buenos Aires. It had been growing for several months due to people getting annoyed with the chaotic Peronist government's handling of the deadly Civil War against Chile; As sources from the White House tell, by July 13th, after extensive briefings from the CIA, President Ronald Reagan came to the conclusion that La Presidente must not remain in office. During a second crisis meeting on July 14th, US Secretary of State Alexander Haig briefly raised the option of using other alternative means as to avoid seeing Argentina dissolve into absolute mayhem, but US Defense Secretary Barry Goldwater & US Ambassador to the United Nations Jean Kirkpatrick both agreed with the President, concluding Mrs. Peron needs to go & that there needs to be diplomatic solutions as well as going to the negotiation table into winding down this 3-year deadly Civil War. Later in the day, Reagan phoned with the leaders of allied nations among them, Canada, Great Britain, France, Israel, West Germany including Spain, Mexico, Brazil, Taiwan, Philippines, Republic of Korea, Japan, etc.,

Sometime around July 20th, US Secretary of State Alexander Haig began using shuttle diplomacy negotiations with Spanish Prime Minister Leopoldo Calvo-Sotelo in regards to allowing the embattled Argentinian President having safe passage into the Kingdom of Spain; Calvo-Sotelo readily agreed & reportedly phoned some close confidants of La Presidente to begin making secret plans of exile.

On the late evening HRS of July 27th, La Presidente felt compelled enough to flee Argentina & flying to Spain, where she would go into permanent exile. Sometime in the mid-morning HRS of July 28th, Argentinian Air Force Chief of Staff General Wellington Rodriguez announced he would be taking over the Presidency. On July 29th, President Reagan announced the United States will officially recognize the new Argentinian government effective immediately.

July 31st, 1981
Somewhere over Penonome, Panama

The aircraft carrying flamboyant & controversial Panamanian President General Omar Torrijos was having trouble trying to get the gears corrected. One of the pilots was desperately trying to press one of the buttons in order ro applying pressure on the break, "there's a situation with the plane Your Excellency. Almost getting the gears corrected."

Torrijos was annoyed at the incompetence of the co-pilot, "Now what's the fucking problem? This plane never had any problems ever. Hurry up and get this worked on as soon as possible." Torrijos had other things on his mind: the Reagan administration was aggressively enforcing their maximum pressure campaign against the Panamanian government; Economic sanctions had been inflicted on Panama in recent months due to the Torrijos administration's controversial methods such as pivoting to Cuba, Soviet Union, Nicaragua, Iran, etc.,

He was also enraged that a group of young Argentinian Army & Air Force officers successfully ousted Argentinian President Isabel Peron from office in a bloodless military coup d'etat on July 28th. Mrs. Peron's whereabouts are unknown since the new Argentinian President General Wellington Rodriguez issued warrants for La Presidente's arrest including the arrest of creepy astrology freak Argentinian Minister of Social Welfare Jose Lopez Rega, who concurrently served as Argentinian Ambassador to Spain. The Argentinian Military Junta government reduced diplomatic relations with Panama, Cuba, Nicaragua & somewhat reduced diplomatic relations with Colombia.

Accompanying the flamboyant & controversial Panamanian President were the following: captain Azeal Adames, co-pilot Victor Rangel, mechanic Carlos E. Rivera, Sergeant Ricardo Machazek, bodyguard assistant Jaime Correa & dentist Teresa Ferreiro.

Sometime around 11:55 AM, the Haviland Canada DHC-6 Twin Otter aircraft was still flying in bad weather when all of a sudden, it disappeared despite attempts from the Penonome Airport's Traffic Air Control staff in communication efforts, they've never got any responses from the aircraft.

Within minutes of getting notified that the aircraft carrying President Torrijos disappeared, the Panamanian military government immediately declared Martial Law across the country & soon afterwards, the Panamanian Joint Chiefs of Staff held a closed door meeting to discuss the next steps going forward.

Quintero Family Ranch Compound
Somewhere in the outskirts of St. Quintero, Colombia

Berta_Vazquez_089.jpg

Colombian President Major General Seymour Quintero thoroughly penetrating Yolonda Marquez inside his private bedroom during secret orgy at the Quintero Family Ranch Compound.

The urge of make love was irresistible between Colombian President Major General Seymour Quintero & Yolonda Marquez.

Quintero had been spending time at the Quintero Family Ranch Compound in the outskirts of St. Quintero. It was heavily secluded & very well secured to keep nosy journalists away. While the public life of residing inside Casa de Narino (Residence of the Colombian President) in Bogota by using the perfect facade between Quintero & his late wife, Colombian First Lady Josefa Quintero were ongoing. In reality, both Seymour & Josefa led separate lives.

Josefa had lots of juicy steamy sex escapades with hermaphrodite women & other lesbians behind closed doors inside the private quarters of the Presidential Palace. She was openly hard-core out lesbian & proud of being out free. When Josefa died on June 25th, 1980, she was given a ceremonial state funeral on July 14th in Bogota where an estimated 3,573,684 were in attendance. She was entombed in a top secret undisclosed location in the outskirts of St. Quintero (more on that segment later in Chapter XV of the Cursed American Presidency in future segments down the road following 1982 Midterms).

Seymour, however, had been thoroughly penetrating young underage women including housemaids of the Presidential Palace as well as several young female teenage Quintero-ista's by having them going through secret underground tunnels leading to the private quarters of the Presidential Palace.

It had been quite known that Quintero also had sex escapades with all ethnicities of beautiful women including Afro-Colombian women. His sex addiction was escalating non-stop & completely resulting in having over 84+ children.

This had been going on for years before his successful military coup d'etat toppling the Michelson government in Summer 1977.

During the late evening HRS of July 31st, Quintero had invited Yolonda Marquez, who was of Afro-Colombian descent from the Female Quinteroist Party to stay with him at the Quintero Family Ranch Compound. She happily accepted & was eagerly excited about spending time with His Excellency despite his super-aggressive macho posturing, he was especially kind to many behind closed doors.

Yolonda was a bubbly 17-year-old teenager, who was attending an all-girls convent boarding school & was happy to be spending the entire week with His Excellency.

It was sometime around 12:00 AM Midnight on Saturday, August 1st when Seymour & Yolonda took off their clothes & began having juicy steamy passionate sex inside his bedroom. All of the phones in the house were unplugged in the downstairs rooms except for a special rolodex phone in the bedroom.

Yolonda moaned as she felt Seymour's extra large penis aggressively penetrating her from behind on the bed while it was raining. She was lying on her back with her legs spread wide open as Seymour thoroughly penetrated & stretched her vagina extremely wide open during this steamy passionate sex escapade.

The steamy orgy sex escapade continued throughout the midnight early HRS when a gold button was blinking on the rolodex, Seymour got up from the bed & answered:

Quintero: "What's up, Colonel Guerrero?"
Colonel Theodore Guerrero: "Your Excellency. Sorry to disturb your vacation, but there's a matter of importance which needs immediate attention....."
Quintero: "What seems to be the problem which couldn't wait until Monday?"
Guerrero: "Got notification from the Colombian Embassy in Panama City. The presidential aircraft carrying President Torrijos has disappeared."
Quintero: "I'll head over to the office shortly and meet with the Joint Chiefs of Staff to monitor the situation inside Pamama."
Guerrero: "See you at the office Your Excellency."
Quintero: "Thanks for notifying me."

After hanging up the rolodex phone, Seymour kissed all over Yolonda's naked body & told her that he will be working late, but will be coming back sometime later in the evening. She was asleep on the bed throughout the early morning.

Following a quick shower & shave, Seymour got dressed & walked out of the Ranch Compound when he drove out of the residence, accompanied by personal security detail.

Later in the evening, Seymour returned to the Family Ranch Compound & continued his steamy aggressive orgy sex escapade with Yolonda as they continued having steamy passionate sex non-stop everyday.

Somewhere on the beaches

Natasha Reilley was a 16-year-old teenage girl enjoying some vacation time with her friends from boarding school at the convent in the outskirts of St. Quintero, Colombia. They arrived at the island town on a Friday afternoon & were hanging out at one of the beaches & it was on a Saturday morning.

Her cousin, Paulette Castro was making some sand castles & asked Natasha if she would like to help out. "Maybe later Paulette, I think I need to check something out first."

While everyone was having fun at the beach, Natasha couldn't help but get distracted by something which had been nagging at her for quite awhile; she kept walking towards the long track which led to parts unknown. She couldn't grasp what led her to do this without any particular buddy-buddy system in assisting her on what she was looking for.

The blood was aggressively flowing through her veins inside of her body as Natasha was getting nervous about what she was about to find & what she was about to discover would have huge international implications going forward.

It was 10:00 AM when Natasha managed to find what was nagging her. The foul odor & awful smell coming out of the location was quite obvious which caused Natasha to cover her mouth. She was beginning to shake & sweat profusely at what she was about to discover.

After getting closer to what looked like a really screwed up aircraft which Natasga assumed, looked like a nuclear holocaust disaster: she gasped at the sight of the crashed aircraft & noticed some of the deceased wearing military fatigue attire, then after looking inside, Natasha gasped again when she realized the deceased person in one of the seats was none other than the flamboyant & controversial Panamanian President General Omar Efrain Torrijos Herrera. It appeared like Torrijos & the 6 passengers might've been deceased for nearly two weeks since the aircraft mysteriously disappeared on July 31st.

Natasha ran all the way back & yelled at her friends to contact the authorities. They were about to become front-page international news throughout the world on what they've discovered. Within 73 minutes upon arrival, the local law enforcement officers called the Panamanian National Guard including Federal law enforcement agencies.

MI State Capitol Building
Lansing, MI

Having been blatantly snubbed & pretty much sidelined by the Reagan's during the 1980 GOP National Convention in Detroit when Reagan chose to tap Bush as VP, it left three-term MI Governor William Milliken (R) without any options.

In the middle of an aggressive torturous special session of the MI State Legislature over budget negotiations & deregulation reforms, Milliken had been hounded by non-stop dizzying questions about his political future with questions such as would he consider running for the United States Senate or seek reelection to a 4th full 4-year term as Governor in 1982. Milliken couldn't commit one way or another because he explained his focus was on the special session of the MI State Legislature.

Michiganders overwhelmingly approved his job performance over the past 12 years & they returned the favor by voting to reelect him three times in 1970, 1974 & again in 1978. Having won 5 statewide elections as Lieutenant Governor in 1964 & 1966 & Governor in 1970, 1974 & 1978, Milliken was seen by many as on track to win reelection by an overwhelming landslide margin & staying as long as he wanted; some political analysts & observers assumed Milliken would potentially be Governor for 30 years or even longer.

Sometime weeks before deciding to call the State Legislature back for a special session, Milliken had already made up his mind on his political future & having told his family during a private family dinner inside the Governor's Residence in Lansing, he knew that he had to time his teasing announcement just as a way to take coded potshots at those, who sidelined him.

Depending on whom you've asked, Milliken reportedly called flamboyant & controversial Detroit Mayor Coleman Young (D) about his decision on his political future.

Going back to the morning of September 5th in the midst of the 1981 College Football Season, group of reporters were called to arrive inside the Reception Room of the Governor's office inside the State Capitol Building in downtown Lansing. Everyone was wondering what was Governor Milliken going to talk about.

In came the Wolverine State's longest-serving Governor wearing a dark brown suit, which Rochelle Peterson of the Associated Press thought was quite odd. Everyone was going to find out what William Grawn Milliken was going to discuss!

"Good Morning my fellow Michiganders. I would to like offer my utmost advanced apologies for having called this press conference in the middle of some major college football games this year and interrupting regularly scheduled programming across the state of Michigan for this special announcement. I will be quite brief here ladies and gentlemen.

Over the past weeks and months, I have been asked by majority of Michiganders about whether or not I would be a candidate for the United States Senate or seek reelection to a fourth full term as Governor in 1982. These questions have been honest and upfront plus straightforward because I always respect the people's right to ask questions and answering these questions.

We are in the middle of a major special session of the Michigan State Legislature and our focus should be squarely focused on getting major legislative items passed and requiring my signature. I also want to note that while we're on the subject, I would like to announce that late last night, the State Legislature in both houses passed the Deregulation Incentive Act of 1981 which I signed into law.

Now back to the question many of you have been wondering. There's been countless speculation about whether I should undergo another political campaign in 1982. As many of you know, I've been in political office for 20 years: serving in the Michigan State Senate representing the 27th District: 54th Lieutenant Governor of Michigan and currently the 44th Governor of Michigan which by the end of my third full term will be 22 years.

I have been having discussions with my family, friends and close colleagues on both sides of the political spectrum about what the next steps should be. What the next step is for me.

Accordingly, I am announcing that the name William Grawn Milliken will not be a candidate for United States Senator. Not a candidate for reelection to a fourth full term as Governor in 1982. I will be going into the private sector after January 1st, 1983 following 14 great and hardworking years as the 44th Governor of Michigan. I would like to personally thank my family especially the love of my life and your First Lady, Helen Milliken including our children and other family members because without them, none of this would've been possible.

I also want to thank the people of the great state of Michigan for giving me the honor of serving you for 22 years going from the State Legislature all the way to the Governor's Residence. I will never forget all of the hardworking efforts in keeping Michigan the place of exploring the possibilities and amazing opportunities for all Michiganders. Now I would be happy to take your questions!"

Governor Milliken! Governor Milliken! The Press Corps wanted to know if there was massive political pressure from the Reagan administration; they wanted to know why did he decide not to seek reelection to a 4th full term in 1982 when all of the polling surveys showed him trouncing all opposition by 72 points; Did Helen Milliken influence the decision; Was he scared of political backlash against the GOP with upcoming 1982 Midterms.

Milliken answered all of the questions for about 72 minutes. Looking at his watch, he decided it was long enough & told the Press Corps, "It's almost 1:00 PM and I think some of your superiors will be not happy that you stayed here at the State Capitol Building with yours truly. I have to go right now!"

Soon afterwards, Milliken left the press conference with his wife, Helen as they were holding hands escorted by security detail agents of the MI State Police as the Governor & First Lady walked out of the Conference Room, down the stairs, then walked towards a private exit which led them towards the gubernatorial limousine which took them back to the Governor's Residence.

Somewhere in DC, upon learning news of Milliken's shocking announcement, US Rep. James Blanchard (D-MI) was coordinating a statewide GOTV machine with Detroit Mayor Coleman Young (D) & United States Senators Carl Levin (D-MI) & Donald Riegle (D-MI) because Blanchard had a statewide campaign for the Governorship to launch.

Both circumstances & events would alter Milliken's political career within five years (more on that later on in the TL).

United States Senator Strom Thurmond (R-SC) met with President Ronald Reagan inside the Yellow Oval Room at the White House for a special courtesy meeting.

Led into the Yellow Oval Room, Thurmond was greeted by President Reagan & White House Chief of Staff James Baker.

Reagan shook hands with the Senior Senator from South Carolina: "Good afternoon Senator Thurmond. What can I do for you on an important subject matter?"

Thurmond was up to the point: "Mr. President. I will get right up to the point! The Canal belongs to the United States of America. We built the Canal and also paid for it. It belongs to us and does not belong to the Panamanian government whatsoever!"

Baker tried to interject, "Senator Thurmon...."

Thurmond snapped back: "I was talking to the President of the United States, Mr. Baker. Now let me finish."

Reagan explained the diplomatic situation. "With everything happening over in Panama, I would strongly urge calm and avoid escalating an already tenuous situation inside Panama. I personally sympathize with you Senator Thurmond and I agree with you. Secretary Haig is currently doing shuttle diplomacy efforts in making sure no other chaotic developments explode on us considering that this administration inherited an utter and complete powder keg from that jackass Brown."

Thurmond listened patiently & interjected: "I've spoken with Senator Helms and we've got legislation requiring full repeal of the Panama Canal Treaties and also included language in the legislation military action against the Panamanian government if they tried to start some deadly conflicts."

Reagan was very intrigued by the prospects of escalating staunch hardline measures & initiatives with the Panama Canal. "I strongly support your legislation. Jim, what do you think?"

Baker explained "The proposed legislation will have a tough sell in the House considering the Democrats still control the lower chamber. And I can't imagine Speaker O'Neill will go along with this."

Reagan responded "Tip will get the message once he loses the Conservative Democrats especially from the South, who'll be more likely supporting Senator Thurmond's legislation repealing this nonsense."

Saturday, September 26th, 1981: South African Intelligence Agency's B613 Unit aggressively launches raids along with the National Police rounding up & arresting ANC supporters, where they were taken to detention centers: violently beaten, tortured like animals & killed. TX Governor William P. Clements, Jr., (R) vetoes HB-68: Texans for Public Education Act despite the legislation passing both chambers of the TX State Legislature. Clements believes the legislation has too many bureaucratic red tape & too much emphasis of the federal government controlling education in the Lone Star State.

Imprisoned ANC President Nelson Mandela was mysteriously tortured & killed by the South African Intelligence Agency's 72nd Death Squad Battalion at the strong direct orders of the South African apartheid government. Somewhere in Italy

Monica Guespaugie of Rome, Italy was having trouble sleeping on an early Thursday morning because she had been working late & stressed out. The noises kept bothering her all week long & she couldn't get any sleep.

The noises kept bothering Monica during the previous evening as well. It sounded like moans from across the hall: "What is that noise? I cannot get any sleep all night because of it."

Monica decided sometime around 12:41 AM to get out of bed & checking things out herself; What she was going to discover was bound to have something disturbing which would haunt her forever. She kept walking close & the more Monica walked, she heard strange moaning sounds until she saw something that she could attempt to see through.

Using some weird-looking microscope, Monica watched as she saw Giovanni Puerretta naked & barefoot penetrating some woman inside a secret lab. The moans were coming from him & to the horror of Monica's eyes, she watched in horror as Giovanni was caressing the naked woman, who was laying on some steel slab. It lasted for more than half an HR.

Realising she might get busted, Monica hid in one of the closets & snuck a peak as Giovanni was using a large towel to wipe off something off of his body because he was naked & barefoot. "Giovanni is a weird freak"

Waiting for 36 minutes until the ghost was clear, Monica quietly snuck inside the sound-proof secret lab, locked the doors behind her & walked inside as she noticed clear super large glass jars which contained human organs; Monica then noticed another container: it looked like human skin floating inside. She also noticed large white plaster in making human skins which consisted of over 73+.

Glancing around the sound-proof secret lab room: Monica noticed another glass container, walked closer & was horrified by what she saw: the naked woman, who was being thoroughly penetrated by Giovanni. The same naked woman was also skinless & barefoot floating inside the large glass container pool. When she put things together, Monica looked at pictures of the deceased woman & realized whom she was & needed to call someone now.
