The Cryptid/ Unexplained Event/ Paranormal Thread.

The thing about Skinwalker Ranch is that for the past few years it's been owned by an entertainment company.
No, it hasn't. The owner was on Shawn Ryan show this week, he's a businessman, mainly in commercial real-estate.

He allowed the entertainment company on premises on the condition that they keep him anonymous, because he didn't want it to interfere with his multi-million (or maybe billion) dollar career.

But he's owned it for 7 years, and is just now coming out about his ownership of it and what he's doing there. All the experiments and exploration, etc. Are privately funded by him. And all the money he is making off this from the TV station goes directly to charity.

And he is taking all fhis very seriously and is starting to replicate a bunch of interesting experiments they've done. Following proper scientific processes.

This is a serious man who spent his entire life as a business man and bought the place as a skeptic, claims to have had an experience and that it's all real. He's funded all of it, given away any profits it's generated and for 7 years chose to remain anonymous.

I really am convinced something weird is happening there.

For a long time I have believed a sea going version of Titaniboa was very possible. A giant sea snake would have large fish, sea turtles and marine mammals as a viable Prey source. But for some strange reason scientists keep trying to shoe horn the Oarfish into being the origins of sea serpent tales. Even when said tales stated the creatures would attack and eat Sailors on ancient sailing ships. Oarfish don't do any of that.
Possible.Or giant eelk.Once somebody fished it larvae.Maybe both?
And,there could be real big octopuses, too.Kraken myths come from something, and it is not what we knew now.

Well... was tempted to suggest that the legends about "Sea Serpents" could actually have been due to giant squids, but I thought that might be taking things a bit far...

I think, that old sailors do not made such mistakes. That is why they told about krakens and sea serpents.
About sea serpents - it would be nice if some pleilosaur survive to our times.

Giant Eels could be in the mix too. As for Giant Octopus. An octopus 50 to 60 feet long would have been a terror for sailing ships many centuries ago.

And certainly capable of eating sailors. And molesting japaneese schoolgirls, they have tentacles after all!

Was watching this video I find it interesting. I kind of agree that a lot of human civilization is laying 200 feet beneath the waves of the world's oceans. What are your thoughts.

I've watched his show and his appearances on Joe Rogan, and he may not be correct about everything but he's definitely on to something. It's interesting that Archeological studies have proven some of his older theories right, by discovering megalithic sites that were much older than previously believed.

I think at the very least, he's proving that current theories might not be all that accurate.

Also it's nice to see theories that attribute some of these hard to explain structures as being advanced humans who's tech has been lost over thousands of years, rather than, "oh its gotta be aliens."

That said, anyone see these "alien" fossils coming out of Mexico this week?

Of course. We had flood myths ewrywhere on Earth, and stories about gods from sea who gave wisdom, for example in Sumer.
Could be survivors from cyvilzation lost thanks to sea rising.

Not mention ruins near Okinawa, which,no matter how you look at them, could not be natural.

One theory has it the pyramids were built on tamped earth/sand with only the outermost layers of stone being the ones that were cut and fit. So basically the interior of the pyramid is not stone that had to be quarried but something cheap and plentiful and easier to move.

Problem is - pyramids build like that ceased to exist long ago,and they were built AFTER Cheops Pyramide/or whoever really made it and when - it really clould be built 10.000 years ago and re-modelled later.

Haven't had time to watch your video, but...

Looking at our current age. For a period of 6,000 years we went from Stone Age tech to putting Satellites in orbit. And we know we are not that cognitively different from Ancient Humans. We just have more advanced stuff. It is quite possible in the areas off the coasts of the major continents in the more temperate areas of the planet. We had pretty advanced civilizations. Maybe even Industrial Age tech or more. But that event that took place during the Younger Dryas rose the seas by 400 feet. That is enough to wreck any civilization; Even ours. We need to use now available undersea drone tech to do the deep water research to uncover more of the past.

We need to look a lot deeper into the Americas too, if Graham is to be believed. There's an entire rainforest down there that is probably full of things to learn.

And,when first spaniards sailed Amazonca, they meet entire towns on shores, and even fought /and killed/ tall white womans who ruled over indians there.
Some english pirate claimet to visit country of those white womans, which supposed to have stone cities and roads.
Colonel Fawcett, when they go for lost city X,belived that there is many stone cities there, some stil with people, one even with tower with strange light - could be electric.
He also belived in real white indians and kind of apemans.

Later it all vanished.

But,i bet that there is a lot hidden ruins there, althought i do not hope for white tall womens there anymore.

I haven't heard of the tall white people but yeah, graham talks about storied of Spaniards sailing around over there and coming back reporting a robust civilization, but when people came back, it was gone.

That could be explained by exposure to diseases they've built no immunity too ravaging the population. There's got to be a ton of Archeological finds in that jungle.

Tall white womans,to be precise, some dude who flow Amazonca about 1560 fought and killed them.Later some english pirate bragged, that he was welcome in their state.Unfortunatelly, forget both names.
