Russia was never a threat to Italy or Brazil or LATAM since they dropped communism in 1991 harder than Clinton pushed underage lasses below his presidential desk.
China is an economic menace not a military one because we don't border them, unless they go full Mongol horde and invade with the same style, but US and EU economic liberalism allowed to mass migrate and create enclaves in Europa thinking that China would become "democratic" or some bullshit like that.
