Reported terrorist attack in a city called Kerman within Iran. Already reports of 73 killed and over 170 wounded in two explosions.



It occurred near the tomb of Qassim Suleimani and almost on the fourth anniversary of his death.

I'm thinking one of the first two... with freedom fighters in quotes of course. Regardless Iran will probably blame the Islamic State or something and then use it as a pretext for interfering abroad even more than they already are. Which I mean is par for course for anyone, but Iran is lame.

Because our current admin will just bomb a few things and not completely cripple Iranian infrastructure as a lesson not to mess with us.
If we were willing to destroy thier grid and refineries we would show we arnt afraid and basically make sure they arnt able to attack us anymore.

Apparently the cause was from suitcase bombs placed near the entrance to the cemetery where the memorial ceremony was taking place. One detonated some time after the first one causing casualties amongst the initial first responders.

You have stated time and time again that you want a conflict for the conflict's sake so this looks a farcical statement.
Even previous administrations, Trump included, never went further than tit for tat, so this has nothing to do with the current administration.

That was also am issue with Trump. Our enemies see tit for tat as nothing but a show that we are weak.
Operation Prying Mantis was not tit for tat. We took out half thier navy in 8 hours after we had one strike a mine.

Showing overwhelming force benefits the US and makes our enemies back off.
Desert Storm showed our adversaries what we were capable of and held them off from doing much.

I'm not really sure who did this attack, but I will say that people who wanted to gather to mourn Solemani are not some of the people in Iran who would ever want to have better relations with the west.

So the more Solemani fans that die, the better, as far as I am concerned.

No unfortunately that might not be the likely case. While Soleimani might had had supporters or "fans" they count in 1000s at best, but not that many thousands as it is shown in mainstream media.
