They say it was to intimidate voters... But I doubt that... More likely it was to create a "hate" effect and drive people to vote for Biden because "Trump supporters evil".

Have... have you never heard Cheney’s opinion, I don’t think there is a country in the Middle East he doesn’t want to invade.
He's called Darth Cheney so I only know him from people's dislike of him and Bush is more visible.

Ahh so the standard uniparty kabuki. He is a major Warhawk, think Bolton. The difference is trump kept Bolton on a leash due to caring about popularity with his base, that isn’t likely with Cheney.
Maybe Bolton will also get invited too.

Probably not, one is enough, and Bolton is way too recent, if he is invited even the twitter left who think Biden is their great white hope, would have to realize what actually happened.
He can always make under the table deals and meetings but they just might think it's time to fuck with the Russians again.

Not likely, during Bushes term Russia invaded Georgia, the US did nothing more than say a few strong words. During Obama’s terms he tried to reset relations complete with a hilariously sad prop. And then Russia invaded Crimea. The uniparty is easy to deal with because while they will happily fuck with the Middle East and other weaker powers, they regard the way of dealing with the major powers as a chess game, so proxies. Trump was the wild card, no one knew how he would react if Russia tried something like that, so they didn’t. For instance Solemani was a major change of direction.

The Democrats were fucking with them trying to freedom Libya.

Yes, a proxy conflict, not a direct one. We fight and aid one faction, they do the same, and no nukes fly. They invade a region directly, we help indirectly and vice versus.
Which is why the Russians may as well get fucked with continuing the proxy conflict.

Why would they be? They know how to play that game very well, besides their public doesn’t care if they intervene directly, which limits what the US can do, since even the warhawks don’t want a nuclear war.

No no. I mean the US may continue a proxy conflict with the Russians.
