Chicago Mayor Lori Lightfoot has stated that the Chicago police unions effort to disobey the vaccine mandate are "in order to induce an insurrection."

When asked about the police union's refusal to back the city's vaccine mandates, Lightfoot said, "What we've seen from the Fraternal Order of Police, in particularly leadership, is a lot of misinformation, a lot of half truths, and, frankly, flat out lies in order to induce an insurrection. And we're not having that."

"And so we want to make it very, very clear that the law is on our side, we feel very confident about it. And what we said even after, when I heard that he said, even after the lawsuit was filed, we notified them, is urging members of the department to ignore their chain of command," Lightfoot said.

Cambridge, Marylands youngest Mayor, 32 year old Andrew Bradshaw, has been arrested for fifty counts of distributing revenge porn on Reddit, often captioned with racial slurs and "vulgar language" in the comments. The relationship he had with the victim had apparently terminated by the time he posted the pictures last Spring using several Reddit accounts with usernames based on variations of the victims personal information.

Revenge porn in the state is punishable by up to two years incarceration and a five thousand dollar fine per count. He's currently in a relationship with a different girlfriend.

Perhaps; but I've been a part of the anime fandom for well over twenty years, and for a while there it seemed like the majority of "fans" you'd find on the internet were more interested in attacking the Japanese, than actually watching anime.

In my experience, most anime fans are/were apolitical. Now they're starting to trend towards reactively anti-leftist.

There's certainly a sizeable quantity of leftists, but there aren't actually that many of them, they're just really loud.
