So, yeah, I think we all knew the swamp was trying to build a back up plan for when Trump wins the election, and the evidence of a plan to enact a military coup is rising.

Our Republic is on life-support, and the Swamp are the ones who put us in this position, not Trump. That this is even a serious topic shows how far the Swamp and their globalist allies will go to stop Trump.

They made mistake. Media and money help win election - so they could win next without putch.
Why risk it ? almost all media are theirs.Rich people support them,not Trump.New generations in schools are made to be leftist pets.So,why risk everything ? if they try and lost,there would be no second chances.

The question is firstly, the loyalty of the rank and file. In these situations.

How many soldiers would defect? How many would follow Biden?

What if there are mutinies and revolts in bases?

That means the putschists either one must rely on the professionalism of the troops not to defect. Or two, lock down the barracks. Pro Trump troops would-likely have their weapons seized, and probably be confined to base. If that couldn‘t be done-there’d be fighting, fragging, and open combat on the bases.

Such fighting would not be organized, but would be a hectic attempt to gain control of the base and eliminate opposition. Or to prevent opposition from leaving.

At this point violence in the streets and likely deaths will be spiraling, the media will be blaring 24/7 anti trump news non stop. Fox News might end up censored, alongside the president’s twitter.

I HIGHLY doubt this will happen. Any soldier, Marine, Airman, Sailor know that Mattis has tried to keep us in war, and has made the minds of people I know that have been deployed acting like we will NEVER pull out.

They still wont follow him in the stupidest idea theyever had. They may get a few, but General Milley, the Spokesmen for the JointChiefs has already said the military will not get involved, and any members that do are basically asking to be arrested and charged with treason

Treason as a US citizen is hard, and can only really be used for those that have signed a contract to defend the US, and so forth.

But sometimes people are just stupid. The last case of person bitten by snake in Slovenia was a turist who decided to pet an adder she saw near the path, because apparently there are no poisonous snakes in the Europe. Obviously she recieved quite direct elucidation on her misconception.

My mother is quite happy that there is a snake (non-poisonous) living in her vegetable garden, less vermin to cause damage.

This strikes me as fanciful, wishful thinking. A genuine attempt at a coup by the Democrats would lose all but their most fanatical supporters. The military, for the most part, either wouldn't get involved or would firmly come down on the Federal government's side. What the intelligence agencies do would be interesting, as they are not the biggest fans of Trump, but committing open treason? Many swamp creatures would see that as far too risky.

In some respects, it would be amusing to see them try. Because then Trump would have an excuse to utterly wipe out the American left in one fell swoop.

How about his refusal to withdraw troops from Syria as Trump wanted, which is why he resigned? He wanted to keep troops fighting over there, Zachowan has even said that's the rank and file impression farther up the page.

Mattis is, as Trump put it, one of the most overrated generals.

After the way Mattis and other former military personnel, who have resigned or been fired by Trump have acted (Vindman, for example) this is rather believable. They've acted like Trump isn't a legit Commander and Chief from the get go, so them plotting a coup against him with the Dems blessing doesn't seem too far fetched.
